Overview

Nimbata links inbound calls to their originating channel, campaign, keyword, and ad. Dynamic tracking numbers connect a website visitor’s call with their session and marketing source, and revenue attribution can pass deal values and closed revenue to Google Ads and Meta. That makes it useful for teams trying to connect phone leads to campaign results, rather than simply manage calls.

Call handling includes routing, recording, local presence dialing, and missed-call alerts. Automated call analysis transcribes, scores, and classifies conversations, and can create summaries, action items, and notes. This breadth can bring attribution and call review together, but teams should weigh those capabilities against usage costs and the limits of their chosen plan.

Key features

Marketing attribution and revenue

Dynamic number insertion, keyword-level tracking, and landing-page tracking help marketers trace calls to the activity that prompted them. Revenue attribution can send deal values and closed revenue to Google Ads and Meta, giving teams a route to connect call outcomes with ad reporting. These tools are most relevant when calls are a meaningful part of lead generation; they are less compelling for organizations that do not need source-level measurement.

Call analysis and handling

Nimbata can transcribe calls in more than 100 languages, then score and classify them or produce summaries, action items, and notes. Routing, recording, local presence dialing, and missed-call alerts address the operational side of inbound calls as well. Together, these capabilities offer more than attribution alone, though the plan and usage costs should be judged against how much analysis and call handling a team actually needs.

Integrations, setup, and security

Integrations include Google Ads, GA4, Meta, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho CRM, Slack, Zapier, and webhooks, among others. That range can help teams connect call activity to existing marketing and CRM workflows. Nimbata says most teams can go live in one session by adding a site script and acquiring and assigning tracking numbers, a relatively contained setup path for teams ready to configure their call flows.

Nimbata describes encryption in transit and at rest, multifactor authentication, and role-based access controls. It says its service is designed to support GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA requirements; processing protected health information requires a signed BAA. Those controls and terms matter to teams with privacy or access requirements, but do not remove the need to assess their own compliance obligations.

Pricing

Nimbata has a free Entry plan, paid tiers, and a 14-day trial on all plans with no credit card required. Plans are billed monthly as shown below and add usage charges, so the plan price alone does not establish the total cost of call tracking.

Plan	Price	What it includes
Entry	0.00 USD per month, plus usage	Online and offline call tracking, pre-built marketing reports, spam filter, and 1 call flow
Pro	35.00 USD per month, plus usage; shown as $39$35/mo	Unlimited call flows and DNI, AI tagging and scoring, Google Ads, GA4, and alerts
Marketing	80.00 USD per month, plus usage; shown as $89$80/mo	Form tracking, automations, and CRM integrations
Agency	120.00 USD per month, plus usage; shown as $149$120/mo	Unlimited seats and workflows, Salesforce, API, webhooks, and dedicated support

Entry is a way to start with call tracking and reports, but its single call flow is a meaningful constraint for teams managing multiple campaigns or locations. Pro removes that flow cap and adds AI tagging and scoring, making it the more natural step for teams that need richer analysis and Google Ads or GA4 connections. Marketing adds form tracking, automations, and CRM integrations for teams broadening their measurement and follow-up workflows. Agency is aimed at larger or agency operations: unlimited seats and workflows, API and webhooks, Salesforce, and dedicated support address needs that lower tiers may not cover.

The pricing note says paid plans start at $39/mo, while the Pro plan is also shown as $35.00 USD per month with the billing text “$39$35/mo”; Marketing and Agency likewise show both a plan price and a higher billing string. Because usage is additional, prospective customers should confirm the applicable recurring charge and estimate call volume before choosing a tier. 24/7 support is listed for Pro and higher plans, while dedicated support is included with Agency.

Platforms

Nimbata is available on web and through an API. The API option is relevant for teams that need to connect the service to their own systems; teams without that requirement can use its web platform.

Who it's for

Nimbata fits marketing agencies and multi-location businesses that rely on inbound calls and want to connect them to campaigns, keywords, and revenue outcomes. Teams that also want call analysis, routing, and recording in the same service may find its breadth useful. It is a weaker fit for organizations seeking a simple phone service without marketing attribution, or for teams that need predictable costs without usage charges.

Pros and cons

Pros

Connects calls to marketing outcomes: Dynamic tracking numbers and keyword-level attribution trace calls to their sources, while revenue attribution can send closed revenue and deal values to Google Ads and Meta.
Analysis alongside call handling: Transcription, scoring, classification, summaries, routing, recording, and missed-call alerts cover both call evaluation and operations.
Broad workflow connections: The integration set spans major ad platforms, CRMs, analytics, automation, and webhooks.
A free starting tier and trial: Entry costs 0.00 USD per month, and every plan has a 14-day trial without a credit card.

Cons

Usage is extra on every tier: Teams cannot budget from the plan price alone and need to account for their call activity.
Entry is limited to one call flow: That may not serve teams coordinating multiple campaigns or locations.
Support differs by tier: 24/7 support is listed for Pro and higher plans, so Entry users do not have that stated support level.

Alternatives

For a broader shortlist, compare the Sales Call Tracking Software and Call Tracking Software directories. Choose Convin if its free Quality Management Software plan and Android, iOS, or web availability suit your call-auditing needs. Sybill is worth considering when a free tier with weekly credits, meeting summaries, and recording storage is a better fit than Nimbata’s marketing-call focus. Jiminny offers an Insights Seat plan at 42.00 USD per month with a minimum 12-month contract, so it may suit buyers considering that commitment and its sales-insight offering. Avoma has a Startup plan at 19.00 USD per month billed annually, with up to 25 paid seats and unlimited free view-only seats; consider it if those seat terms suit your needs. CallRail is an option for buyers comparing a paid call-tracking plan starting at 50.00 USD per month plus usage, with 5 numbers and 250 minutes. Marchex is another paid, trial-available alternative. WhatConverts offers a Call Tracking plan at 30.00 USD per month with a $30 free usage credit, or a Plus plan at 500.00 USD per month with unlimited accounts and a $250 free usage credit. Gong Forecast uses per-user licenses and a platform fee based on users supported, with a customized proposal.

Verdict

Nimbata is a strong choice for agencies and multi-location businesses that need to tie inbound calls to marketing sources and revenue while also analyzing call outcomes. Its combination of tracking, analysis, and integrations is the main reason to choose it; usage charges, Entry’s single-flow cap, and tier-dependent support are reasons to look elsewhere or budget carefully before moving beyond the trial.
