Overview

Ordoro brings shipping, inventory, purchase orders, kitting, dropshipping, and orders across sales channels into one platform. Its integrations span Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and QuickBooks Online. That range suits merchants managing several storefronts and carriers, though capabilities and capacity vary by plan.

This is operations software, not a fulfillment service: Ordoro does not own warehouses or physically ship orders. It runs in a browser with an internet connection, and API access is included on Shipping Premium, inventory, and dropshipping plans. Ordoro says it requires HTTPS traffic and password logins and uses controlled facilities managed by providers including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Rackspace. Its databases are in the United States; accessing the service from elsewhere entails consent to transfer personal data to the United States.

Key features

Shipping

Shipping tools include discounted carrier rates, barcode scanning and pack verification, quick ship, and return labels. Paid tiers add automation rules and batch processing. Rate shopping, label printing, and shipment tracking are also listed. These tools can help sellers consolidate routine shipping work, but the free Shipping Essential plan is limited to 100 labels per month, one sales channel, one ship-from location, and one user. Exceed 100 labels and the account is temporarily locked until an upgrade or the next billing cycle, a consequential constraint for a shop with fluctuating order volume.

Inventory and dropshipping

Inventory tools include kitting and bundling, automation, analytics, allocation, and warehouse transfers. Premium adds purchase orders, bills of materials, manufacturing orders, stocktakes, and custom forecasting. That makes the inventory offering relevant to businesses with more involved stock processes, but it comes at a separate price from shipping.

Dropshipping plans include order routing, tracking writeback to sales channels, and automation; Premium adds supplier feeds and vendor portals. Merchants who need those workflows should weigh the dedicated plan cost against their dropshipment volume and supplier needs.

Ordoro describes its support as U.S.-based, covering setup, questions, troubleshooting, and everyday workflows. That may help teams adopting a broad operations system, though it does not replace physical warehouse or fulfillment services.

Pricing

Ordoro has a free plan, paid plans from $59/mo, and a 15-day trial. The published monthly prices make the entry point clear, but the different plan families mean the cost depends on whether a merchant needs shipping, inventory, or dropshipping capabilities.

Shipping Essential: 0.00 USD per free, with 100 labels per month, one sales channel, one ship-from location, and one user. It is a narrow starting point for a small operation; the label lock and single-seat limit leave little room for growth.
Shipping Advanced: 59.00 USD per month, with 3,000 labels per month, five sales channels, five ship-from locations, and unlimited users. It is a more workable shipping tier for a growing multichannel team, with room for automation and batch processing on paid tiers.
Shipping Premium: 149.00 USD per month, with unlimited monthly orders, sales channels, ship-from locations, and users. It suits larger shipping operations that need fewer capacity constraints and API access.
Essential: custom pricing, with 100 orders per month, one sales channel, one ship-from location, and one user.
Advanced: 59.00 USD per month, with 3,000 orders per month, five sales channels, five ship-from locations, and unlimited users.
Premium: 149.00 USD per month, with unlimited sales channels, ship-from locations, and users.
Dropshipping Advanced: 299.00 USD per month, with 1,000 dropshipments per month, unlimited sales channels, dropship locations, and users.
Dropshipping Premium: custom pricing, with custom monthly dropshipments and unlimited sales channels, dropship locations, and users.
Inventory Advanced: 349.00 USD per month, with 1,000 orders per month, unlimited warehouses, sales channels, and users.
Inventory Premium: 499.00 USD per month, with 1,000 orders per month, unlimited warehouses, sales channels, and users.

The lower-cost shipping tiers cap labels, orders, channels, locations, or seats; the free plan's limits are especially restrictive once more than one person needs access. Inventory and dropshipping start at substantially higher monthly prices than shipping, so a merchant seeking only basic label printing may find the broader platform unnecessary. Ordoro gives no listed price for Essential or Dropshipping Premium; those plans require custom pricing.

Platforms

Ordoro supports web access and an API on Shipping Premium, inventory, and dropshipping plans. The browser-based approach avoids a download, but requires an internet connection. Businesses outside the United States should also consider Ordoro's stated U.S.-based database location and the associated consent to transfer personal data to the United States.

Who it's for

Ordoro is a fit for ecommerce merchants who want shipping, inventory, and dropshipping workflows connected across multiple sales channels. The broad carrier and marketplace integrations, plus higher-tier capacity for multiple locations and unlimited users, can suit teams scaling operations. It is less suitable for a very small shop that needs several users on a free plan, a business that wants one low-cost tier for every operational module, or anyone looking for a 3PL to store and physically fulfill orders.

Pros and cons

Pro: Shipping, inventory, and dropshipping capabilities sit within one operations platform, reducing the need to coordinate those workflows separately.
Pro: Integrations cover major marketplaces, storefronts, carriers, and QuickBooks Online, supporting a varied sales and shipping setup.
Pro: Advanced inventory capabilities include purchase orders, manufacturing orders, stocktakes, and forecasting for businesses with more involved stock management.
Con: Shipping Essential allows just one user and one channel, and exceeding 100 monthly labels locks the account temporarily until upgrade or renewal.
Con: Inventory and dropshipping plans are separate and cost more than the shipping entry tiers, so using the broader toolset can raise the monthly bill considerably.
Con: Ordoro does not provide warehouses or physical fulfillment, so merchants still need their own fulfillment operation or a separate provider.

Alternatives

For a simpler order-management starting point, Sellbrite has a free plan with up to 30 orders per month, unlimited integrated sales channels, SKUs, and users. Choose it when that order allowance and broad channel capacity matter more than Ordoro's shipping, inventory, and dropshipping scope.

Openship is a self-hosted web option with a free forever plan that supports unlimited shops, channels, orders, and users, with self-deployment, built-in integrations, community support, and source code. It is the alternative to consider when self-hosting and avoiding a usage cap are priorities.

Verdict

Choose Ordoro if your ecommerce operation needs shipping alongside inventory or dropshipping workflows and can justify the plan costs as it grows. Its strongest reason to buy is the breadth of connected operational tools and integrations; its clearest reasons to look elsewhere are the free tier's hard limits, the added cost of inventory and dropshipping, or the need for a provider that handles physical fulfillment.
