Overview

Perdoo brings strategy, goal tracking, and performance routines into one system rather than treating objectives as a standalone list. It supports goal alignment, one-on-ones, and review cycles, making it a plausible fit for organizations that want recurring performance conversations tied to strategic priorities. Teams that need private OKRs or KPIs should factor the Supreme plan into their decision from the outset.

Key features

Progress and integrations

Perdoo can pull progress from connected apps and generate status reports automatically. Its integrations span thousands of apps, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Salesforce, Power BI, and HRIS tools. For teams already working in those systems, this can make goal updates less dependent on manual reporting. Integration tiers vary by plan: Premium includes Premium Integrations, while Supreme includes Supreme Integrations.

AI, API, and goal routines

The AI Assistant drafts Strategic Pillars, OKRs, KPIs, and Initiatives for company, team, or individual goals. That can help teams get a first structure in place, but it does not replace deciding which priorities and measures matter. Perdoo also connects to Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Cursor, Gemini, and other MCP-ready clients. Its GraphQL API can create or update OKRs, Initiatives, and KPIs, and retrieve goal data for reports and dashboards.

Paid subscriptions include online OKR 101 training and in-app chat support. Organizations buying at least 50 user licenses receive three hours of expert coaching. Perdoo has mobile apps for iOS and Android and is available in Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish.

Security and hosting

Perdoo states that it is SOC 2 certified and GDPR compliant. Customer data is stored in AWS data centers in Frankfurt, Germany; traffic uses HTTPS with 256-bit encryption, and databases are encrypted at rest. These measures may suit organizations with European data-location preferences, though they do not remove the need to check internal security requirements.

Pricing

Perdoo offers a free plan and paid plans. The pricing note gives paid pricing from €8/user/mo (annual), while the plan prices below are shown in USD; confirm the applicable currency and billing terms before choosing.

Plan	Price	Includes	Best fit
Free	0.00 USD per free	Up to 5 users, Strategy Maps, OKR and KPI tracking, Meetings, Slack and Teams integration, AI Assistant and Coach.	Small teams establishing a goals process without a subscription.
Premium	9.00 USD per month, billed per user/month	Dashboards, SSO and SCIM, Premium Integrations, API and MCP server.	Teams that need stronger access management, dashboards, or expanded connectivity.
Supreme	11.00 USD per month, billed per user/month	Board Views, Custom Dashboards, Supreme Integrations, and view-only licenses.	Organizations needing board-oriented views or private goals.

The free plan’s five-user cap makes it a useful small-team starting point, but it lacks the listed paid-plan dashboards, API and MCP server, and higher integration tiers. Private OKRs and KPIs are available only in Supreme, so teams that need confidential goal-setting cannot rely on the cheaper plans. A free trial is available. Perdoo’s listed headquarters are in Berlin, Germany.

Platforms

Perdoo is available on the web and has Android and iOS apps, as well as an API. The API’s GraphQL support gives teams a way to connect goal data to reporting and dashboards; mobile apps extend access beyond desktop use.

Who it's for

Perdoo is best suited to organizations that want strategy, OKRs, KPIs, app-fed progress, and performance routines tied together. The free tier can accommodate a team of up to five, while growing organizations may value paid integrations, access controls, API access, and support. It is a weaker fit for teams that require private goals but cannot justify Supreme.

Pros and cons

Pros: The free plan accommodates up to five users and includes Strategy Maps, OKR and KPI tracking, meetings, Slack and Teams integration, and AI tools.
Pros: Connected-app progress and automatic status reports can reduce manual updates for teams using its integrations.
Pros: GraphQL API and MCP connections offer routes for bringing goal data into other workflows and reporting.
Pros: Paid plans include OKR training and in-app chat; purchases of 50 or more licenses add three hours of expert coaching.
Cons: Private OKRs and KPIs are restricted to Supreme, an important constraint for teams with confidentiality needs.
Cons: The free plan is capped at five users, and the listed plan prices use USD while the pricing note quotes an annual euro starting price.

Alternatives

Consider these options alongside Perdoo:

OKR Software, Performance Management Software, Strategic Planning Software, and Goal Tracking Apps are broader directories for comparing products by category.
Weekdone is worth considering if a free plan with full features for up to three users, plus live chat and OKR coaching or support, is a better match.
ROKR may suit a team that wants a five-user free tier with one team, a monthly API-call allowance, and core goals, key results, and check-ins.
Axiean is an option for a small team seeking a free plan for up to three users with a monthly AI-token allowance and core OKR tracking.
Futureworks offers annual per-user pricing for larger team bands, including 51–100 and 101–200 users; consider it when that seat-based structure fits.
Operately may fit teams wanting self-hosting or a free allowance of up to 10 users with storage and community support.
Effortbox is another option for readers comparing a free OKR product.
Profit.co is an alternative for teams looking at a paid product with an Enterprise offering.
Tability is worth comparing for teams considering a paid OKR and check-in product with a strategy map and listed integrations.

Verdict

Choose Perdoo if you want strategy, OKRs, KPIs, and performance routines connected to app-based progress, with a free entry point for up to five users. Its breadth and API options are the strongest reasons to choose it; the main reason to look elsewhere is the Supreme-only access to private goals, particularly if that requirement makes the top tier impractical.
