Overview

Zayda is an AI sales CRM for people who want lead follow-up and pipeline work in one place. It is most compelling for freelancers and small sales teams; the one-user free plan is useful for a modest solo workflow, but growing teams will need a paid tier.

It covers lead qualification, matter routing and appointment booking, with 12 practice-area templates. The absence of case system integrations makes it a weaker fit for organizations that need intake activity handed directly into a case-management system.

Key features

Lead response and pipeline management

Zayda responds to leads by email, WhatsApp, SMS and AI follow-up call, then updates the pipeline. Free covers email and WhatsApp response; Growth adds AI response across all four channels. That makes the free tier a reasonable starting point for basic follow-up, but not for teams relying on SMS or calls to automate outreach.

Custom stages, multiple team pipelines, tasks and workflow automation across stage transitions give teams room to shape a sales process around how they work. The free plan allows just one pipeline and excludes team pipelines and roles, so it is better for a solo funnel than a shared sales operation.

Lead tools, reporting and integrations

Spreadsheet import and export, custom forms, real-time alerts and automatic contact capture from Gmail support lead intake and record keeping. Dashboards track key metrics and sales and revenue performance, giving managers a way to follow pipeline results alongside day-to-day activity.

Zayda's integrations page lists 60 integrations across lead sources, messaging, telephony, Google and Microsoft productivity tools, accounting products and AI providers, plus Zapier, REST API and webhooks. There is an important caveat for payment workflows: the pricing page includes Stripe among plan integrations, while the integrations page says payment integrations, including Stripe, are coming soon. Buyers who depend on payments inside the CRM should confirm that capability before committing.

Security and compliance

Zayda says data is encrypted in transit and at rest, account access is controlled, and customer data is not sold or used for advertising. It supports GDPR consent-based data collection and provides tools to help customers meet HIPAA requirements; those tools are not a statement of certification.

Pricing

Zayda uses a freemium model, with a free trial also available. Paid plans are priced per user, so costs rise with each seat; the monthly prices below are billed monthly.

Plan	Price	What it includes
Free	Free	1 user, 1 pipeline, 250 records, email and WhatsApp lead response, and iOS and Android apps
Growth	24.00 USD per month	Per user, unlimited pipelines, 10,000 records, AI response across email, WhatsApp, SMS and AI calls, and 25 automations
Team	49.00 USD per month	Per user, unlimited records, roles and permissions, 100 automations, and priority AI call routing
Scale	85.00 USD per month	Per user, open API and custom integrations, multi-team pipeline governance, SLA-backed support, data residency options, and a dedicated onboarding specialist

Free's 250-record cap and single seat and pipeline are strict constraints, and it omits AI follow-up calls and team pipelines and roles. Growth is the practical entry point for multi-pipeline work and broader automated response, but its 10,000-record ceiling and 25 automations may constrain heavier workflows. Team removes the record cap and adds permissions and 100 automations, making it a better fit for coordinated groups. Scale suits organizations needing integration flexibility, governance, onboarding and SLA-backed support; it also offers data residency options.

Platforms

Zayda is available on web, iOS and Android, and offers an API. Mobile apps are included on Free, so a solo user can handle basic lead response away from a desktop. The open API and custom integrations are included at Scale.

Who it's for

Freelancers, agencies, creators, small teams and growing sales organizations are the stated audience. A solo operator who wants basic lead capture, pipeline tracking and email or WhatsApp response can start on Free. Growth is better for users who need more channels and automation; Team and Scale address shared operations, with Scale aimed at teams that need governance and support commitments.

For legal intake use, qualification, matter routing, appointment booking and 12 practice-area templates are relevant, but the lack of case system integrations is a decisive limitation for firms requiring a connected case workflow.

Pros and cons

Pros: Combines multi-channel lead response, pipeline management, tasks and reporting, reducing the need to manage those sales activities separately.
Pros: Free includes mobile apps and email and WhatsApp response, giving a solo user a no-cost way to start within the 250-record and one-pipeline limits.
Pros: Team and Scale offer concrete paths to unlimited records, permissions, governance and support as operations grow.
Cons: Free is limited to one user, one pipeline and 250 records, and excludes AI follow-up calls and team roles, so it will not support a shared or high-volume workflow.
Cons: Payment integration status is inconsistent across Zayda's pages, making it a poor choice for buyers who need confirmed Stripe workflows.
Cons: No case system integrations, which rules it out for firms that require direct case-management handoff.

Verdict

Zayda is a strong fit for solo operators and small sales teams that want lead response, pipeline work and reporting together, with paid tiers to add automation and team controls. Its most persuasive advantage is the breadth of sales workflow in one CRM; its clearest reasons to look elsewhere are the free plan's narrow limits and the lack of case system integrations for firms that need case handoff.
