Overview

PosterMyWall is a marketing and design platform for small businesses and organizations that need promotional assets alongside social, email, and event tools. Its breadth suits teams coordinating recurring campaigns; the main trade-off is that downloads, publishing, email, and event activity have plan limits.

Its library spans more than 1 million design and email templates, with illustration tools and a brand kit for creating and adapting materials. Restaurants, retailers, venues, schools, nonprofits, performers, and agencies are among the audiences it serves, making it a flexible option for varied promotional work rather than a specialist tool for one format.

Key features

Design and AI

PosterMyWall AI can generate designs from prompts, brainstorm marketing ideas, edit images, produce design variations, and write marketing text. Alongside the template library, these tools can help a small team move from an initial concept to multiple campaign assets. The Free plan's limited downloads, however, make it less practical as an ongoing production tier.

Social and email marketing

Direct publishing covers Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile. The free tier supports one social account, Premium supports three, and Premium Plus allows unlimited accounts. Free is therefore better suited to a single-channel presence or a trial run than managing a multi-channel calendar.

Email features include templates, mailing-list campaigns, signup forms, scheduling, and performance tracking. Monthly sends are capped at 3,000 on Premium and 10,000 on Premium Plus, so growing mailing lists or frequent campaigns may require the higher tier.

Event promotion

Event pages, registrations, automated reminder emails, and one-click promotion bring event marketing into the same workflow. Ticket sales are on paid plans: Premium permits up to 1,000 sales or $50,000 in monthly sales, while Premium Plus has no monthly ticket-sale or revenue limit. Premium includes 10 event pages per month; Premium Plus removes that cap. These thresholds make Premium suitable for modest event schedules, while organizers with frequent events or higher sales volume have a clearer reason to upgrade.

Pricing

PosterMyWall uses a freemium model. A 14-day Premium trial begins after selecting a plan and duration and adding billing details, so users need to provide billing information to start it.

Plan	Price	What it includes
Free	0.00 USD per free	Free downloads, 1M+ design and email templates, publishing on one social account, Content Planner, and signup forms.
Premium	13.00 USD per month (billed Monthly (1 month))	Unlimited high-quality downloads, 10 event pages per month, 3 social accounts, 3,000 monthly email sends, and 100 new credits per month.
Premium Plus	30.00 USD per month (billed Monthly (1 month))	Unlimited high-quality downloads, unlimited event pages and social accounts, 10,000 monthly email sends, and 250 new credits per month.

Free is a sensible way to try the design and planning workflow, but limited downloads and one social account constrain regular use. Premium is the practical step up for a small operation that needs unrestricted high-quality downloads and moderate event and email capacity. Premium Plus doubles the email allowance and removes event-page and social-account caps; its higher price is most defensible for teams that will use those added limits.

Platforms

PosterMyWall is available on the web and through Android and iOS apps. That gives users mobile access as well as a browser-based option.

Who it's for

Choose PosterMyWall if a small business, community group, venue, or agency wants design creation tied to social publishing, email campaigns, and event promotion. It is less compelling for a user who only needs occasional graphics and does not need the connected marketing workflow, or for an event organizer whose sales exceed Premium's monthly limits but does not need Premium Plus's broader capacity.

Pros and cons

Pros: More than 1 million design and email templates, plus AI tools for generating and adapting campaign content.
Pros: Social publishing, email, and event marketing sit alongside design, reducing the need to split those activities across separate workflows.
Pros: Premium Plus removes monthly event-page and social-account caps and allows unlimited ticket sales and revenue.
Cons: Free has limited downloads and only one social account, which restricts sustained or multi-channel use.
Cons: Premium's 10 event pages, 3,000 email sends, and ticket-sales ceiling may be restrictive for busier campaigns.
Cons: The 14-day trial requires selecting a plan and duration and adding billing details.

Alternatives

Easil is worth considering for a template-led design workflow: its Plus plan costs 7.50 USD per month and includes 10,000+ templates and 10 background-removal credits, though PosterMyWall more directly combines design with social, email, and event marketing.

CapCut is an alternative if mobile-focused editing is the priority; its Standard plan includes basic editing features, free templates, and cloud storage.

Piktochart may suit teams comparing member and storage limits: its Free plan supports 1–4 team members, two downloads, 1 GB of storage, and 60 AI credits, while Pro is 10.00 USD per month billed annually.

Poster App Lab is another freemium option with 10,000+ templates and PNG, JPG, PDF, and SVG exports, including 300 DPI print-ready output.

Visme offers a free Basic plan with 500MB of storage and 50 slides or pages per project, making it a separate option for project-based visual work.

Adobe Express Video has a free plan with 25 generative credits per month, 155,000+ templates, and 5 GB of storage.

Design.com offers a free plan with AI logo generation, a brand kit, high-resolution PNG and JPG downloads, and vector-file exports.

Desygner has a free plan for up to three users with 100 projects, 20 AI credits per month, and 5GB of storage.

For narrower design needs, compare options in Poster Maker Software, Banner Design Software, Social Media Template Libraries, AI Graphic Design Software, Print Design Template Libraries, and Social Media Post Maker Software.

Verdict

PosterMyWall is a strong fit for small teams that want design, social, email, and event promotion in one service, with Premium providing a useful starting point for regular campaigns. Choose it for that connected workflow; look elsewhere if you only need occasional design work or if its plan limits do not match your publishing and ticket-sales volume.
