Overview

Raklet brings membership administration, events and member communications together for clubs, associations and other organizations that manage recurring memberships. It suits teams that want a branded web and mobile experience as well as renewal tools; organizations should weigh its contact caps and per-transaction fees against their budget and payment needs.

Its combination of online joining, automated renewals, event tools and a member portal covers much of the routine membership lifecycle. The trade-off is that contact allowances and email quotas vary sharply by plan, while payment processing is limited to Stripe-supported countries.

Key features

Membership and renewals: Members can join and renew online, and automated renewals reduce manual follow-up. A member portal and communications tools give members a place to manage their relationship with the organization.
Events: Raklet supports online and offline events, with tickets, RSVPs and guest check-in. That makes it a practical fit for groups handling both virtual and in-person gatherings.
Web and mobile presence: A website builder, custom domains and page-based content gating support a branded online presence and restricted member pages. Branded iPhone and Android apps offer digital cards, which members can also use through mobile wallets.
Communications and integrations: Monthly email allowances rise with plan level, from 1,250 on Free to 50,000 on Premium. Raklet advertises more than 4,000 integrations, which may help organizations connect it to other services.
Payments and data: Subscription billing supports monthly and annual options, but Raklet currently works with Stripe only in Stripe-supported countries. Transaction fees range from 1% to 4% plus $0.60 per transaction, depending on plan. Raklet says it applies industry-standard security practices and strict data-protection policies, and does not share customer information.

Pricing

Raklet has a free tier and three paid tiers. There is no setup or installation fee, and annual subscriptions receive two months free. The annual starting-price note is $49/mo (annual), while the Essentials plan is priced at $59.00 USD per month with monthly billing; compare the billing term and plan allowance before choosing.

Free — 0.00 USD per free: 100 contacts, one admin seat and 1,250 free emails per month. This is a reasonable starting point for a small group, but the contact ceiling leaves little room to grow.
Essentials — 59.00 USD per month: 500 contacts, one admin seat and 5,000 free emails per month. It raises capacity without adding another administrator, so it is better suited to a single operator than a shared team.
Professional — 119.00 USD per month: 1,000 contacts, two admin seats and 10,000 free emails per month. The additional seat and larger quotas make it the more workable option for a small team managing a growing membership.
Premium — 499.00 USD per month: 10,000 contacts, three admin seats, 50,000 free emails per month and 10 roles. Its much larger limits suit organizations with substantial lists and multiple permission needs, but the price is a significant step up.

Transaction fees vary by subscription, at 1% to 4% plus $0.60 per transaction. That cost deserves particular attention for organizations collecting frequent or high-value payments. The payment-provider restriction may also rule Raklet out for groups based in countries where Stripe is not supported.

Platforms

Raklet offers branded mobile apps for iPhone and Android. Members can access digital cards through the app or mobile wallets. A website builder and custom domains support an organization’s web presence.

Who it's for

Raklet is best for clubs and membership organizations that want joining, renewal, event and communications workflows in one platform, especially those that value branded mobile apps and digital membership cards. Smaller groups can begin on Free, while teams needing more than one admin or larger email allowances have a clear path through Professional and Premium.

It is less suitable for organizations whose contact base exceeds their budget’s plan allowance, whose payment needs extend beyond Stripe-supported countries, or whose transaction costs make the plan-dependent fees unattractive.

Pros and cons

Pros: Online joining and renewals, automated renewals, member portal and event tools cover key membership operations in one service.
Pros: Branded iPhone and Android apps, digital cards and mobile-wallet support give members mobile access to their credentials.
Pros: The Free plan includes 100 contacts and 1,250 monthly emails, providing a no-cost way for a small group to start.
Cons: Free and Essentials allow only one admin seat, limiting shared administration until Professional.
Cons: Plan-dependent fees of 1% to 4% plus $0.60 per transaction can add up for organizations processing regular payments.
Cons: Payments currently depend on Stripe and its supported countries, which narrows the fit for some organizations.

Mybers may suit groups looking for a free plan with unlimited members and 500 emails per month, or a $39.00 USD per month Club plan.
Clubworx is an alternative for organizations that can operate within a free tier capped at 20 active members and need online booking and payment acceptance.
WildApricot may be a better fit for those seeking a paid membership platform with a 100-contact plan at 66.00 USD per month.
PushPress is another option to compare.
MembershipWorks may fit smaller groups that want a free plan for 50 accounts or a 35.00 USD per month option for up to 300 accounts.
Join It is worth considering if a paid plan for 250 members with three admin seats at 29.00 USD per month is a closer match.
GatherAMS is another alternative to consider.

Verdict

Choose Raklet if your organization wants membership, renewal, event and communication tools together, with branded mobile access for members. Its strongest case is the breadth of membership operations and the free entry tier; look elsewhere if contact growth, transaction fees or Stripe availability are decisive constraints.
