Overview

ReachOut Suite is field-service software for businesses coordinating office workflows with technicians in the field. It suits service teams managing repeat work, assets and customer payments across several trades. Its broad workflow coverage is appealing, though the jump from Standard to Premium makes choosing the right job capacity and feature set especially important.

Key features

Job coordination

The platform brings together ticketing, quotes, customer management, scheduling, dispatch, job tracking, asset records and inventory. Teams can reassign technicians and use multi-agent work orders, while recurring jobs and route optimization support repeat visits and dispersed workloads. This breadth favors operations with coordinated crews; a solo operator seeking only a basic job list may find more structure than needed.

Technician tools and payments

Technicians can check job and customer details, review asset histories, track hours, capture and tag images, complete forms and checklists, and create invoices. Offline field data capture is useful where connectivity is unreliable, and invoices can be created in the field or elsewhere. Payments can be accepted online or offline through payment links, Customer Hub or QR codes. Customer Hub is limited to Ultimate, so the payment workflow a business wants may affect its plan choice.

Integrations and security

ReachOut integrates with QuickBooks Online and Xero and offers an open REST API for syncing data and connecting the Tickets and Customers modules to external applications. API access uses secret-token authentication generated by a ReachOut administrator or account manager. Fingent says it uses encryption where appropriate and stores servers in data centers audited under SSAE 18 SOC 1, SOC 2, HIPAA and PCI DSS v3.2. The pricing page advertises assured data security.

Pricing

ReachOut uses a freemium model, with all prices in USD. There are no setup fees, commitments or contracts. The 7-day trial includes all features and does not require a credit card, but upgrading during the trial starts billing immediately.

Plan	Price	What it includes	Best fit
Free	Free	25 jobs; work orders, inspections, calendar, invoices and quotes, standard forms, technician tracking and basic asset management, with limited features.	A solo operator or small team checking whether the core workflow fits. The 25-job monthly cap and limited feature set constrain ongoing use.
Standard	159.00 USD per month	250 jobs; Free features plus job templates, teams, map view, parts inventory, recurring jobs, route optimization, business email and customized job reports.	A team needing repeat-job and routing tools. Its 250-job allowance still sets a ceiling, and Premium is a steep price step for businesses that outgrow it.
Premium	2515.00 USD per month	Unlimited jobs; Standard features plus advanced asset management, attendance tracking, geofencing, image capture and tagging, and multi-agent work orders.	Larger operations that need unlimited jobs and more detailed workforce and asset tools.
Ultimate	3225.00 USD per month	Unlimited jobs; Premium features plus Customer Hub, open APIs, third-party integrations and a dedicated account manager.	Organizations that need customer self-service, integrations and named account support.
Enterprise	Custom pricing	Unlimited jobs; Ultimate features plus styled forms, white labeling, customizations and separate cloud hosting.	Businesses requiring a branded or customized deployment and separate hosting.

The Free plan provides a useful route into work orders and invoicing, but its 25-job allowance and limited features make it a restricted operating tier. Standard adds the team, recurring-work and route tools, with a 250-job limit. Premium and Ultimate remove the job cap, but their listed monthly prices are substantial jumps over Standard; they make sense when the added asset, workforce, API or customer-hub capabilities justify that spend. Enterprise has custom pricing.

Platforms

ReachOut Suite is available on web, Android and iOS. Its mobile app supports technicians in the field, including offline data capture.

Who it's for

ReachOut serves installation, HVAC, pest control, snow removal, landscaping, appliance repair, fire and safety, and contracting businesses. It is a strong candidate for teams that need office scheduling and dispatch tied to field records, recurring jobs, assets, inventory and payments. Businesses with low job volume can start on Free, while teams needing route optimization and recurring work can consider Standard. Companies requiring unlimited jobs, advanced asset or workforce controls, APIs or Customer Hub should weigh the higher tiers against their budgets.

Pros and cons

Pros

One system covers back-office coordination, technician workflows, asset and inventory management, and invoicing, which can suit teams managing the full service lifecycle.
Offline field capture and invoice creation support work beyond reliable connectivity.
Recurring jobs, technician reassignment, multi-agent work orders and route optimization give coordinated teams tools for repeat and shared work.
QuickBooks Online, Xero and an open REST API provide routes for accounting and external data connections.
A no-card 7-day trial includes all features, and the company states there are no setup fees, commitments or contracts.

Cons

Free is capped at 25 jobs per month, while Standard stops at 250, so growing workloads may require a substantial plan upgrade.
Premium at 2515.00 USD per month is a sharp increase from Standard at 159.00 USD per month; its unlimited jobs and advanced tools suit a narrower set of budgets.
Customer Hub and third-party integrations are reserved for Ultimate, leaving Standard and Premium without those stated Ultimate capabilities.
Upgrading during the trial starts billing immediately, so trial users need to account for that timing.

Alternatives

Field Service Management Software is a broader directory for comparing products in the category. Choose ServiceM8 if a one-user setup with a free allowance of 30 jobs per month is a closer fit; its listed platforms are Android, iOS and macOS. Consider Salesforce Field Service if you want a paid field-service option with AI-powered scheduling and route optimization; its Dispatcher plan is 175.00 USD per month, billed annually. Spoors may suit teams comparing task volume, with a free plan allowing 1,000 tasks per month and a Basic plan at 12.00 USD per month, billed monthly. For other paid options with custom pricing, compare IFS Cloud Field Service Management and ServiceMax. Joblogic is another paid option, with a Standard plan at 45.00 GBP per month, billed annually. Odyssee Field Service starts with Essential at 35.00 EUR per month per user and requires at least three users. Jobber offers a Core plan at 29.00 USD per month billed annually; its listed terms also give other commitment-based monthly prices.

Verdict

ReachOut Suite is best for service businesses that need connected job coordination and technician workflows, especially where offline capture, recurring work, asset management and payments matter. Its range of tools and team features is a clear reason to shortlist it. The main reason to look elsewhere is the pricing curve: Free and Standard have job caps, while unlimited jobs and advanced capabilities begin at a much higher monthly price. Match the plan to actual job volume and the specific features needed before committing.
