Overview

Recruitly is a recruiting platform for hiring teams and recruitment agencies that need candidate tracking, outreach and job-board distribution. It best suits teams that want core hiring workflows with clear capacity limits, from a free starting tier to an unlimited Enterprise plan. The main decision is whether each plan’s user allowance and quotas match your hiring volume.

Key features

Recruitly brings together a career site, resume parsing, interview scheduling, workflow automation and job-board distribution. That combination can cover several routine recruiting tasks in one platform; teams focused only on a narrower part of hiring may not need the full set. The capacity limits matter as much as the feature breadth: contacts, candidates, jobs, API calls and outreach campaigns each have their own ceiling on the lower tiers.

Free supports 200 contacts, 1,000 candidates, five jobs, 100 API calls per day and two outreach campaigns. That is a useful way to start, but the five-job cap can constrain an active recruiter. Solo raises those allowances to 5,000 contacts, 10,000 candidates, 25 jobs, 1,000 API calls per day and 10 campaigns. Professional expands them to 25,000 contacts, 50,000 candidates, 100 jobs, 10,000 daily API calls and 50 campaigns. Enterprise removes the stated caps on these quotas.

Pricing

Recruitly has a free plan and three paid plans, all billed monthly. The listed paid starting rate is $25/user/mo; the Solo plan is priced at 25.00 USD per month.

Free — 0.00 USD per free: Includes 200 contacts, 1,000 candidates, five jobs, five maximum users, 100 API calls per day and two outreach campaigns. It offers the lowest-cost entry, but its job and campaign caps are restrictive for growing workloads.
Solo — 25.00 USD per month: Includes 5,000 contacts, 10,000 candidates, 25 jobs, one maximum user, 1,000 API calls per day and 10 outreach campaigns. Its expanded quotas suit a solo recruiter, but it is not a team tier.
Professional — 80.00 USD per month: Includes 25,000 contacts, 50,000 candidates, 100 jobs, unlimited users, 10,000 API calls per day and 50 outreach campaigns. This is the clearest fit for teams that need multiple seats and substantially more capacity without unlimited quotas.
Enterprise — 120.00 USD per month: Includes unlimited contacts, candidates, jobs, users, API calls and outreach campaigns. It suits teams whose volume exceeds Professional’s ceilings; smaller operations may not need the extra headroom.

Free includes five maximum users, while Solo is limited to one; Professional and Enterprise allow unlimited users. Compare those seat limits alongside the separate workload quotas, since a larger team may need Professional even when its hiring volume is modest.

Platforms

Recruitly is available on web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android, covering desktop and mobile use across major operating systems.

Who it's for

Recruitly is a reasonable fit for individual recruiters, growing hiring teams and agencies that want candidate-management workflows, outreach and job distribution under one roof. The free tier can serve a small operation, while Professional offers unlimited users for teams that can work within its job, candidate and campaign caps. Organizations needing uncapped volume can consider Enterprise; those needing only a limited number of active jobs may find the lower tiers adequate.

Pros and cons

Pros: Career site, resume parsing, interview scheduling, workflow automation and job-board distribution bring core recruiting functions together.
Pros: Free provides 1,000 candidates and five jobs at no cost, giving small operations room to begin.
Pros: Professional and Enterprise include unlimited users, avoiding a seat ceiling for larger teams.
Cons: Free is capped at five jobs and two outreach campaigns, which may limit ongoing recruiting activity.
Cons: Solo allows only one user, despite its higher contact, candidate and job allowances.
Cons: Professional still caps jobs at 100 and campaigns at 50, so higher-volume teams must move to Enterprise for uncapped quotas.

Alternatives

For a broader shortlist, compare Recruitment Agency Software, Applicant Tracking Systems and Recruiting CRM Software.

Oorwin is another freemium option, with a free plan and free trial. Its Free plan allows five jobs, 100 candidates, 10 interviews, five accounts and 10 contacts; choose it when those smaller allowances fit better than Recruitly’s larger free candidate and contact quotas.
CEIPAL is a paid option with a free trial; consider it if you want to compare a paid product rather than a permanent free plan.
Loxo has a free plan and trial. Its Core plan costs 149.00 USD per month, billed annually and paid up front, per user, with unlimited jobs, candidates and companies; choose it when those uncapped Core quotas matter more than Recruitly’s lower monthly entry price.
ATSpro is a paid option with a free trial and no free plan; its Recruitment CRM plan costs 49.00 GBP per month, billed monthly with no minimum commitment, and includes unlimited candidates and jobs.
Happlicant is a paid option with a free trial and no free plan. Its Pro plan costs 69.00 USD per month, billed quarterly, with unlimited jobs, candidates and clients; consider it when those unlimited quotas are the priority.
Logezy is a paid option with a free trial and plans priced in GBP; consider it if you want to compare another recruiting platform.
RecruitOnline is a paid option with a free trial and annual billing; consider it if you want to compare another recruiting platform.
Aqore offers customized pricing; consider it if a tailored quote is preferable to fixed monthly tiers.

Verdict

Recruitly is best for recruiters and hiring teams that want core workflows, outreach and job distribution with a free entry point and a path to unlimited users and quotas. Its strongest reason to choose it is the combination of those functions and tiered capacity; its main drawback is that Free, Solo and Professional each impose meaningful limits, so teams should match both seats and workload to a plan before committing.
