Overview

Teams allocate sync hours to topics, and Remeet schedules or reschedules discussions according to who needs to participate and how much time is required. When the hours are used up, lower-priority topics wait. That gives teams a practical way to protect time for important conversations, but it also means the weekly allowance can constrain how much discussion gets scheduled.

Rather than keep multiple agenda items in one long meeting, Remeet separates them into shorter topic-focused sessions. Organizers can provide materials and context and require selected participants to prepare before a topic is scheduled. That structure rewards teams willing to prepare around specific discussions; groups seeking only a simple way to book calls may not need this meeting model.

Key features

Scheduling and meeting tools

Automatic scheduling and rescheduling consider participants, required time, and topic priority. Sync-hour allocation gives teams control over how much meeting time is available, while postponing lower-priority subjects when capacity is full. This is useful when teams need to make explicit trade-offs, though it is less appealing when every discussion needs to happen promptly.

Remeet lists HD video conferencing with 4K screen-sharing, simultaneous topic discussions, collaborative note-taking, timers, and recording transcription among its features or add-ons. It also lists integrations with Google Calendar, Office 365 Calendar, Slack, Google Chat, and Mattermost. Microsoft Teams is marked as coming soon on its homepage, so it should not be treated as a current integration.

Billing and security

Paid billing counts an active user as someone who participates in at least 60 minutes of calls during a billing month. People who only use notes, recordings, or transcriptions are free, which can help teams whose wider audience needs access to meeting records but rarely joins calls.

Remeet says its data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest, and identifies AWS and MongoDB Atlas as infrastructure providers. Its security page says it completed a SOC 2 Type I audit and was pursuing Type II certification; that page was last updated August 4, 2022. The pricing page includes premium support as a plan comparison feature, and a support and feedback email address is provided.

Pricing

Remeet has a free plan, a 30-day trial with no credit card required, and paid plans starting at $10/user/mo billed annually. The trial enables all account functionality, making it a useful way to assess the full workflow before choosing a tier.

Plan	Price and terms	Limits and inclusions
Free	Free	1 weekly sync hour, up to 15 users, 2 weeks of cloud recordings, and a free concierge onboarding session.
Team	10.00 USD per month, per active user per month, billed annually	Up to 5 weekly sync hours, up to 25 users, and 1 month of cloud recordings.
Business	25.00 USD per month, per active user per month, billed annually	Up to 10 weekly sync hours, up to 50 users, and 6 months of cloud recordings.
Enterprise	Custom pricing; billed Let's chat	Unlimited weekly sync hours, unlimited users, and 1 year of cloud recordings.

Free is a sensible starting point for small teams that can work within one sync hour a week and short recording retention. Team raises those limits to five hours and 25 users, while Business doubles the allowance to ten hours and supports 50 users; both paid tiers bill annually by active user, so meeting participation affects cost. Enterprise is for teams needing unlimited hours and seats, though the price requires a conversation with Remeet.

Platforms

Remeet supports Android, macOS, web, and Windows. That range suits teams using a mix of desktop and mobile devices.

Who it's for

Remeet is aimed at highly collaborative distributed teams, particularly remote-first groups that need regular discussion organized by topic and priority. It is strongest when participants can prepare ahead and when a team benefits from reserving a finite pool of shared meeting time. A team that mainly needs individual appointment booking or an unrestricted stream of meetings should consider a different kind of tool.

Pros and cons

Priority-based scheduling: topics are scheduled around participant needs and available sync hours, with lower-priority discussions deferred when capacity is full.
Preparation before meetings: organizers can provide materials and require selected participants to prepare, supporting more focused topic sessions.
Free access for record consumers: users who only access notes, recordings, and transcriptions do not count as active paid users.
Strict weekly allowances: the free plan has one sync hour, and even Business is capped at ten, which may slow teams with heavier discussion needs.
Annual paid billing: Team and Business prices are billed annually per active user, so the stated monthly rate is not a month-to-month commitment.
Short free recording retention: Free includes two weeks of cloud recordings, compared with one month on Team and six months on Business.

CalendarBridge AI Scheduling Assistant suits readers looking for a paid calendar and scheduling-page tool with a free trial. Ari offers a free plan with ten meetings total and connections to Google and Microsoft calendars. Verdict

Choose Remeet if your distributed team needs discussion topics prioritized, prepared, and scheduled within a shared weekly time budget. The free tier offers a low-commitment start, and active-user billing excludes people who only consult meeting records. Look elsewhere if your team needs more than the plan's sync-hour limits or simply wants a conventional booking calendar.
