Overview

The system keeps an unlimited lead database, accepts bulk contact uploads and synchronizes with CRM records. Rule-based assignment can send incoming prospects to the appropriate representative automatically, reducing manual triage as a team grows. Custom pipeline stages and drag-and-drop deal movement show an opportunity from first contact to close, so managers can see where work is accumulating.

It is more than a desk-based pipeline. Mobile representatives can log visits, capture location and change deal status, while managers receive real-time visibility into activity in the field. That focus is useful for distributed sales operations; a company needing only simple reminders may find the broader workflow unnecessary.

Key features

Pipeline, follow-up and communication

Automated reminders and live alerts about lead actions and comments keep ownership and next steps visible. Multichannel follow-ups support different customer touchpoints, and proposals can be sent by email or WhatsApp. Tally integration adds payment tracking and invoice visibility, a practical link between selling and collection for teams already using Tally.

AI assistance

Tavi AI scores leads, identifies deals at risk of stalling and finds patterns in previous wins to help representatives prioritize likely conversions. The TAVI AI calling agent is described as making and qualifying calls in multiple languages, operating around the clock and writing updates back to the CRM. These capabilities could reduce repetitive qualification work, although teams should decide whether automated calling fits their customer relationships before making it central to the process.

Security and support

Security measures include firewall protection, automated backups, data erasure, security-testing tools, HTTPS, SSL-certified connections, secure servers and password encryption. Tracker Suite identifies itself as ISO 27001:2022 certified. Support is offered 24x7 through support@trackersuite.ai, which matters when field staff depend on mobile access outside office hours.

Pricing

The Starter Plan is free at 0.00 DKK per user, with up to five users. It is a sensible way for a small team to establish whether the combined CRM and field workflow fits, but the five-user ceiling limits larger pilots.

Growth costs 45.41 DKK per user per month and is positioned for five to 10 users. It is the natural step for an expanding sales group, though the per-user term means the bill rises directly with headcount. Scale costs 72.66 DKK per user per month for teams of 10 or more, paying for a larger deployment rather than a flat team license. Enterprise uses custom pricing for large teams needing custom workflows.

A 3-day free trial has no long-term commitment. That removes renewal risk, but three days is a narrow window for importing contacts, configuring stages and observing field activity, so teams should prepare their evaluation in advance.

Platforms

Sales Tracker runs on Android, iOS and the web. The combination covers mobile representatives and managers working from browsers, with CRM sync supporting continuity between devices.

Who it's for

Choose it for SME sales organizations in India or the UAE that combine inside coordination with on-the-ground visits, need automatic lead routing and want managers to monitor activity as it happens. It is especially relevant when WhatsApp or email proposals, Tally-based payment visibility and multilingual calling are part of the sales process.

Look elsewhere if your team is very small and wants a narrowly focused follow-up tool, or if a three-day trial cannot provide enough time to validate automation and calling practices.

Pros and cons

Pros

Unlimited leads and bulk uploads support a centralized prospect database without an advertised contact ceiling.
Field visit logging, location capture and mobile deal updates connect representative activity with management visibility.
Rule-based assignment and automated alerts reduce manual routing and missed next actions.
Tavi AI prioritizes leads and stalled deals, while the calling agent can qualify prospects and update the CRM.
A free plan for up to five users provides a no-cost starting point.

Cons

Paid plans are billed per user, so costs increase with every added representative.
The three-day trial leaves little time for a full workflow assessment.
The free Starter plan stops at five users, making it unsuitable for a larger proof of concept.
AI calling may not suit every sales culture, particularly where qualification is expected to remain personal.

Alternatives

Fellow is a freemium option with Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, web, API and extension support; choose it when broad platform coverage and a free plan with five lifetime AI notes per user matter more than TrackerSuite's field-sales workflow.

JOEY offers a freemium plan and coverage across desktop, mobile, web and extensions, making it an alternative for teams seeking that wider device mix.

FollowUpThen is better for straightforward follow-up scheduling, with a free plan allowing 50 active follow-ups per month and a $5 monthly Base Plan.

CloseFlow provides a 30-day all-access account period without a payment method or automatic charge, useful when a longer unrestricted evaluation is the priority.

Oc8via suits teams looking for credit-based AI follow-ups, starting with 50 credits per month and three AI follow-ups on its free plan.

Scurry is a web-only freemium alternative with a free-forever Seedling plan for lightweight workflow needs.

Sybill is aimed at AI meeting summaries and briefs, with a free allowance of 500 credits per week per user and 20 summaries and briefs per month.

OptiKratos Email is a fit when email or WhatsApp outreach capacity is the main requirement rather than field CRM management.

Verdict

TrackerSuite Sales Tracker is a strong choice for Indian and UAE SME teams that need one system for CRM, field visits, automated follow-ups and lead prioritization. Its free five-user entry point lowers the barrier to adoption, but per-user paid pricing and a three-day trial are the main reasons to look elsewhere if you need a longer pilot, a flat team fee or a simpler follow-up-only product.
