Overview

Veribase Pharma CRM/CLM is a modular web and mobile system for managing pharmaceutical sales and promotional activity. It is best suited to pharmaceutical field teams coordinating visits, product promotion and orders. Its strongest case is the range of pharma-specific workflows paired with a free plan; teams should weigh that against the lack of stated plan limits and terms.

It brings field planning, visit records, digital presentations, sample tracking and reporting together, with HCP profiles, consent management and a field mobile app among its capabilities. For more options, see our Pharmaceutical CRM Software list.

Key features

Plan and record field activity

Weekly and monthly plans, multi-day scheduling and the option to copy a day's plan to another date give teams several ways to organize field work. Representatives can record both planned and spontaneous visits, attach contacts to reports and answer survey questions during visits. That makes the system relevant to teams that need visit documentation connected to the people they see, rather than scheduling alone.

Representatives can track samples and promotional materials distributed to contacts, while managers can use coaching questions. Together these tools connect field activity with follow-up, although the value depends on managers and representatives using the workflows consistently.

Promote products and process orders

CLM presentations can personalize pharmaceutical promotions, and data collected through those presentations can inform later campaigns. This gives teams a way to connect product presentations with subsequent promotional planning.

Orders can move through configurable confirmation and manager-approval steps before warehouse preparation. Veribase says warehouse integrations support daily stock monitoring to help prevent lost orders. Expense management can also integrate with a customer's existing accounting software, which may suit organizations that want to retain their current accounting system.

Reporting, security and support

Smart Reporting provides graphical views and transaction exports in different formats; Knowledge Cube can send scheduled reports by email. These options suit teams that need both visual summaries and recurring report delivery. Veribase lists ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 certificates, covering quality management, information security and business continuity.

The company says its technical team is available when needed and offers technical support, SFE consultancy and data validation services. Those services may matter to teams implementing field processes or validating data, though no service terms are stated.

Pricing

Veribase presents four plans—Basic, Standard, Professional and Enterprise—at no cost, and identifies the pricing model as free. That makes it a possible starting point for teams looking to avoid a paid subscription. However, the plans are all shown at the same free price, with no differences in included capabilities, seat counts, quotas, trial length or renewal terms to distinguish them. Buyers should confirm which plan and service terms fit their deployment before relying on it for a larger team.

Platforms

Veribase supports Android, iOS, web and Windows. That range can accommodate mobile field representatives as well as office users working through a browser or Windows device.

Who it's for

This is aimed squarely at pharmaceutical companies and field teams whose work includes HCP engagement, visit reporting, samples, promotional materials and order handling. Teams that need to coordinate these activities in a pharma-focused system have a stronger reason to consider it than organizations seeking a general-purpose sales CRM.

Pros and cons

Pros: Field plans, planned and spontaneous visit records, contact-linked reports, surveys and coaching questions cover a broad set of field-team workflows.
Pros: Personalized CLM presentations, sample tracking and order approvals connect promotion with sales operations.
Pros: Reporting, warehouse and accounting integrations, and listed ISO certificates address reporting and operational needs beyond visit logging.
Cons: The four free plans are not differentiated by stated features or limits, making it difficult to judge which tier matches a team's scale or requirements.
Cons: The product's described workflows are tailored to pharmaceutical sales and promotion, so teams outside that setting may not benefit from its specialization.

Alternatives

Verdict

Veribase is a strong fit for pharmaceutical field teams that need planning, visit documentation, promotion, sample tracking and order workflows in one system, particularly if a free plan is central to the decision. Look elsewhere if your team needs clearly differentiated plan limits or defined subscription terms before committing to a platform.
