Overview

Tracker is designed around the needs of a prosecution office rather than general-purpose case management. It automates arrest-data and citation intake, centralizes case information, and carries that information into charging documents, calendars, discovery, and victim-witness reporting. That connected workflow can reduce rekeying and help staff work from a shared case record.

Its integration footprint is strongest in Georgia: it exchanges data with the Georgia Crime Information Center, court e-filing through CJEP, the Judicial Data Exchange, and Pardons & Parole notifications. CJEP exchange covers 50 counties, while Judicial Data Exchange integration is local to five judicial circuits, with a framework to extend statewide. Those boundaries matter to offices assessing how much of their existing court workflow it can cover.

Key features

Case work and documents

Automated import of arrest data and citations is aimed at reducing duplicate entry at intake. Tracker also provides a statewide database of witnesses and defendants, which gives staff a shared place to find case-related information. From case data, it supports statewide charge forms and generates indictments, accusations, subpoenas, and pleadings. That combination is most useful to offices handling recurring prosecution paperwork at scale.

Deadlines and discovery

Calendaring tracks statutory clocks, court dates, and discovery deadlines across cases—a practical safeguard for teams balancing many active matters. Tracker’s electronic discovery tool, TED, publishes discovery to defense counsel through a GCIC-compliant website and logs sends, receipts, and downloads. The resulting record of exchange is particularly relevant when offices need to track whether materials were delivered and accessed.

Victim-witness work and oversight

VSSR-aligned service tracking and post-adjudication reporting support victim-witness staff and grant compliance. Office-based permissions and audit trails are designed for sensitive criminal justice information. Reporting dashboards and workflow automation round out the platform’s operational controls; their value is greatest when leadership and staff need a common view of work across cases.

Implementation and support

Tracker is cloud-deployed and supports Android, iOS, macOS, and the web. Riverside says the people who develop the product also provide support and answer the phone, a direct support model that may suit offices wanting to speak with people close to the software.

Pricing

Tracker uses a paid pricing model, with custom pricing on request. Offices should ask for a quote and confirm what each option includes before budgeting or planning an evaluation.

Because the price is not public, it is not possible to compare the cost of different office sizes or determine whether the free option is suitable for ongoing use. The main purchase question is whether its prosecution-specific workflow and Georgia integrations justify a custom-priced platform for the office.

Platforms

Tracker runs in the cloud and supports Android, iOS, macOS, and web access. That range accommodates mobile and desktop users, while its stated integrations connect to Georgia criminal justice and court systems. Integration coverage varies by service, so offices should check whether the counties and circuits they rely on are covered.

Who it's for

Tracker is aimed at prosecutors, legal assistants, investigators, victim-witness staff, administrative staff, and office leadership. It is a strong candidate for a Georgia prosecution office seeking one system for intake, case information, charging, deadlines, discovery, and victim-witness reporting. Offices outside that setting, or those needing broad coverage across jurisdictions, should first establish whether its integrations and workflows fit their requirements.

Pros and cons

Pros

Prosecution-specific workflow: Arrest intake, charging documents, calendars, discovery, and victim-witness reporting sit within one platform.
Traceable electronic discovery: TED logs sends, receipts, and downloads, helping staff keep track of discovery exchanges.
Operational controls: Office-based permissions, audit trails, and reporting dashboards support oversight of sensitive case work.
Direct developer support: Riverside says the people who build Tracker also provide support and answer calls.

Cons

Geographic integration limits: CJEP exchange covers 50 counties, and Judicial Data Exchange integration is local to five circuits, which may leave gaps for some offices.
Custom pricing: Offices must request a quote to assess cost and compare it with alternatives.
Unclear free-plan and trial terms: The offer is not accompanied by stated limits or duration, making it harder to plan an evaluation.

Verdict

Its principal reason to choose it is that connected workflow, reinforced by discovery logs and office-level controls. Look elsewhere if your office depends on broader or different jurisdictional integrations, or if you need clear public pricing before evaluating a purchase.
