Overview

TimeFinder puts tasks and time slots side by side, so users can drag tasks from lists into a daily schedule. Calendar sync helps fit that plan around existing commitments, and focus sessions support setting aside time for concentrated work. This is a useful approach for people who want tasks to have a place in the day; it is less suited to someone who only needs a conventional to-do list.

Task labels remember their selected colors, which helps keep a busy schedule readable. Templates let users save routines, and rollover moves unfinished tasks into available slots. Together, those tools reduce repeated setup and make replanning easier, though rollover can only use time that remains open.

Optional integrations connect TimeFinder with Google Tasks, Todoist, TickTick, Zapier, and device calendars. Its optional AI Assistant can help with scheduling, task organization, and productivity questions, but it sends data to an AI provider only after the user enables it and submits a request. Users can export their data at any time; the maker says it does not sell personal data or share it for marketing, and analytics can be turned off. User-created content stored in Google Cloud Firestore and Storage is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Key features

Time blocking and calendar sync: Drag tasks into time slots and plan around synced calendars. This suits people who want a visual daily schedule, but the method requires assigning work to time rather than leaving tasks in a list.
Templates and rollover: Reuse saved routines and move unfinished work into open slots. These are practical aids for recurring plans and shifting days, though they do not resolve what to prioritize when the schedule is full.
Focus sessions and color labels: Set aside focus time and use remembered label colors to distinguish tasks. These details support a readable, time-oriented plan without adding a separate project-management system.
Optional integrations and AI: Integrations with task services, Zapier, and device calendars broaden how users can bring work into the schedule. The AI Assistant is optional and sends information only when enabled and prompted, which gives users control over when their request reaches its provider.
Data and support: In-app export, optional analytics controls, a Featurebase feedback board, and a user-initiated support email flow give users ways to manage their data and contact the maker.

Pricing

The free plan is free and includes core features, making it a sensible starting point for trying the daily planning workflow. A separate free tier is also free, with limited functionality without an account. TimeFinder also offers a 7-day trial; trial duration and conditions are shown before it starts, and the US App Store listing offers the trial.

Premium Lifetime is listed at 119.99 USD per once in the US App Store. The purchase includes premium features and lasts for the lifetime of the product, so it may appeal to someone committed to the app who prefers a one-time payment. The Premium Lifetime plan also appears without a published price, so shoppers should compare the App Store purchase terms with the offer they see before buying. The product is intended for personal productivity use.

Platforms

TimeFinder is available on Android, iOS, macOS, web, and Windows. Mobile support includes both major mobile platforms, making it a flexible choice for people who plan across desktop and phone.

Who it's for

TimeFinder is best for people who plan their day by placing tasks into time slots, especially those with routines to reuse or unfinished work to reschedule. Calendar sync and the listed integrations also suit users who need to coordinate tasks with existing appointments or task services. It is a weaker fit for people who do not want to schedule tasks against a calendar, or for teams seeking a shared work-management tool: its terms describe personal productivity use.

Pros and cons

Pro: Dragging tasks into time slots combines task selection and daily scheduling in one workflow.
Pro: Templates and rollover support recurring routines and make unfinished work easier to place in open time.
Pro: Calendar sync, five-platform availability, and optional task integrations give users several ways to fit planning into their existing setup.
Pro: The optional AI Assistant waits for the user to enable it and submit a request before sending data to its provider.
Con: The time-blocking approach is a poor match for people who want to keep tasks unscheduled.
Con: Rollover depends on available time, so it cannot solve an overfilled day.
Con: Premium Lifetime has a 119.99 USD per once App Store price, a substantial upfront purchase for users who have not yet established that the workflow suits them.
