Overview

Wobo scans company career pages daily and applies on company websites, rather than relying on Easy Apply job boards. Its matching compares a user’s skills, experience, seniority, and culture fit with job requirements, then assigns a similarity score. That helps sort opportunities by apparent fit, though job seekers still need to decide which roles merit their attention.

A tracking dashboard brings applications, answers, cover letters, and tailored resumes together, and users can give feedback to improve future matches. Company blacklists, queue removal, and the option to apply manually let users intervene when a role or application does not feel right. Those controls are useful in a workflow that can otherwise send applications automatically.

Wobo says AI service providers process relevant inputs and outputs for its AI functions. It says it does not sell identifiable resumes, applications, private messages, or support content as training datasets. It also describes administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards for personal information, while acknowledging that no system is completely secure. Job seekers should weigh that data handling against the convenience of personalized AI assistance.

Key features

Wobo combines job discovery, matching, application tracking, and generated application materials. Its AI resume builder, job-specific cover-letter generator, and ATS resume checker are free job-search tools; the Free plan itself includes two AI cover letters. That is enough to try the writing support, but not enough for frequent applications without hitting the plan’s limits.

Paid plans remove the daily application cap. Unlimited offers advanced matching, an advanced voice Persona, unlimited AI cover letters, and standard support. Autopilot adds the clearest end-to-end automation: Wobo finds and applies, with deep matching, an advanced voice Persona, priority support, and AI-tailored resumes and cover letters for every application. The pricing page associates per-application tailoring with Autopilot, while the FAQ says both paid tiers tailor resumes and cover letters. That difference makes Unlimited’s exact tailoring scope worth confirming before purchase.

Pricing

Plan	Price	What it includes	Best fit
Free	Free forever	5 jobs a day, up to 5 applications per day, basic matching, and 2 AI cover letters	People exploring Wobo or applying selectively; the five-application daily ceiling limits a high-volume search.
Unlimited	34.99 USD per month; billed $34.99/mo	Unlimited applications, advanced matching, advanced voice Persona, unlimited AI cover letters, and standard support	Job seekers who want application volume and matching support but do not need Autopilot’s stated find-and-apply workflow or priority support.
Autopilot	44.99 USD per month; billed $44.99/mo	Unlimited applications, Wobo finds and applies, deep AI matching, AI-tailored resume and cover letter for every application, advanced voice Persona, and priority support	People who want the service to handle more of the search and submission process, and value per-application tailoring.

Wobo is freemium, with a 5-day trial. The free plan costs nothing indefinitely, but its daily job and application caps make it a sampler rather than a strong fit for sustained high-volume searching. Unlimited costs $34.99/mo and raises the application ceiling while adding advanced matching and unlimited cover letters. At $44.99/mo, Autopilot costs $10 more per month for Wobo-led discovery and applications, deeper matching, per-application resume and cover-letter tailoring, and priority support. Choose it when those time-saving features justify the premium; otherwise, Unlimited is the lower-cost paid option. The stated monthly prices are the relevant comparison for these plans.

Platforms

Wobo is available on Android, iOS, and the web. That gives job seekers mobile access as well as a browser-based option for reviewing applications and materials.

Who it's for

Wobo suits active job seekers who want to automate repeated search and application tasks, including recent graduates and career changers building momentum across many roles. Employed professionals searching quietly may value the company blacklist and ability to review or remove jobs before applying. People who prefer to write and submit every application themselves, or who are uncomfortable sending relevant information through AI services, may be better served by using Wobo’s free tools selectively or choosing a less automated workflow.

Pros and cons

Direct company-site applications: Wobo scans company career pages and applies on company websites, keeping discovery and submission in one workflow.
Control over automation: Blacklists, queue removal, and manual applications give users ways to shape where and how the service acts.
Application context in one dashboard: Applications, answers, cover letters, and tailored resumes are tracked together, with feedback available to refine future matches.
Free entry point: The Free plan is ongoing and includes basic matching and two AI cover letters, but caps jobs at five a day and applications at five a day.
Paid-tier ambiguity: The pricing page and FAQ describe per-application resume and cover-letter tailoring differently for Unlimited, so that distinction could affect the value of the $34.99/mo plan.
AI data processing: Relevant inputs and outputs go to AI service providers; Wobo says it does not sell identifiable application materials or private communications as training datasets, but privacy-conscious users may still prefer less AI involvement.

Alternatives

AI Job Search Tools is a useful starting point for comparing services in the category. Consider Aissence if interview practice and prepared applications are a higher priority: its free tier includes two mock interviews, one live interview, one phone interview, and ten prepared applications, plus weekly cover- and experience-letter allowances.

Hyring is a better fit for employers managing job posts and seats: its free tier includes one seat, one active job post, 50 monthly credits, English-only use, and one AI voice; its Pro plan is 79.00 USD per month with five seats and 50 monthly credits. For a mobile-capable application workflow with a lower-priced paid plan, Jobloo offers daily application credits free and a Monthly plan at 20.00 USD per month with full autopilot and unlimited applications.

Jobscan is another freemium option, with a free resume builder, ATS-friendly templates, downloads, and limited resume scans. Resumly Developer API is an option for teams or developers who want pay-per-operation application tooling, with listed operation costs of $0.02–$0.50 and prepaid top-ups of $10–$100. HeroApply has a free plan with five applications per day and mobile and web access; its free tier excludes 24/7 Autopilot. Simplify offers a one-week AI job-search plan for 19.99 USD per month, including resume tailoring, cover letters, application-question responses, networking and outreach, and job analytics. Careerflow has a free Basic plan with limited tracking, autofill, and resume-building features.

Verdict

Wobo is a strong fit for active job seekers who want one service to find roles, rank matches, prepare application materials, and submit applications, with controls for excluding companies or stepping in manually. The free plan is a sensible way to try its basic matching and limited cover-letter support; Unlimited suits people who need more applications and writing capacity, while Autopilot is the better choice for those willing to pay more for Wobo-led discovery and per-application materials. Look elsewhere if you want interview practice, employer-focused hiring tools, a narrower resume-scanning service, or less AI involvement in your application process.
