HTC One Mini images leaked, One Max phablet rumored for Sep

The leaks for HTC One Mini do not stop coming. More information has surfaced which confirms some of the previously rumored specifications and refutes some others. It has also released screenshots for the HTC One Mini showing front and back. There is no source to establish the authenticity, but they do appear plausible. The German site has also released some screenshots with the specifications of the device.

According to Android Next, HTC One Mini will come armed with 1.4 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 dual core processor, which is the same as in Galaxy S4 Mini. The Smartphone will have a 4.3 inch 720p display with 4 MP Ultrapixel camera which is the same one present in HTC One. It also features a 1.6 MP front facing camera. The Smartphone has 16 GB internal storage and 1 GB of RAM. Previous rumors put RAM as 2 GB, which does seem to be contradictory with present rumors.

The present report by Android Next also confirms the same Android version 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS with Sense 5 UI on top, which was confirmed by previous rumors. The images leaked confirmed the obvious Beats Audio support and front facing speakers as in big brother HTC One. Nothing is said about battery in this report although the previous report puts it at 1700 Li-Ion battery. HTC One Mini is expected to be announced next month, so it won’t be a long wait before it all gets confirmed officially.

In a related report by Mobile Geeks citing Taiwanese sources, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 competitor HTC One Max (codenamed T6) will be coming in early September. The site also says that HTC One Mini will arrive this month, which is in contrast to the above report by Android Next. We might get to see a late July announcement with the actual release in August, but take everything with a pinch of salt. HTC One Max is placed accurately for launch in September, as Galaxy Note 3 will also be announced the same month.

To remind you, previous rumored specifications of HTC One Max include a 6 inch Super LCD 3 1080p display with beastly 2.3 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad core processor. It will also sport 2 GB of RAM with 32/64 GB of internal storage and a respectable 3200/3300 mAh battery. It is expected to come with the latest version of Android with Sense UI on top and software customizations for a large screen.
