Nokia 808 PureView
My God! This was the spontaneous reaction when i first heard the announcement. I bet you’ll say the same after hearing it. Nokia, the Finnish company to surprise all announced Nokia 808 PureView, a flagship device with 41 megapixels camera.
It seems Nokia has possibly acquired such a high megapixel lens in a Smartphone by combining Carl Zeiss optic zoom with its self-developed sampling technology.
Besides lens, Lumia 610 includes 1.3GHz single core processor, 521 MB RAM and 4 inch qHD Corning Gorilla Glass display boasting resolution of 640×360. In addition, it has internal memory of 16 GB that is expandable upto 48GB.
For connectivity, it includes Bluetooth 3.0, HDMI, DLNA, High-Speed USB 2.0 option. Also, there is 3.5 mm Nokia standard audio connector with TV-out, Secure NFC, WLAN, and A-GPS.
I much awaited this announcement too! Why? The Smartphone combines all the notable features of a tablet and a phone. It boasts a 5 – inch screen.
Apart from the large screen, it has 8 MP camera with 1080p HD video recording capability, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/3G support and 800mAh battery that reportedly quick-charges to 50 percent in half an hour.
Plus, there is a dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor clocking at 1.5 GHz.
Sony Xperia P
Xperia P is one of the two variants that Sony will be launching under the brand Xperia soon. The phone has dual core processor plus 1 GB RAM support. The phone looks much similar to Xperia S and is outfitted with 8 megapixels camera to support video recording in HD and unique 2D/3D panoramic mode.
HTC One X
This appears to be the fastest and the smartest Android phone as it features a quad-core processor and latest version of Android OS 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). The Smartphone employs ‘Double Shutter’ technology that helps you capture photographs even while shooting videos, without any interruption in recording.
Other specifications include 4.7 inch Super LCD2 720p with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass and Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity.
LG Optimus L3
LG L3 is categorized as a mid-range Smartphone with adequate features. It runs on Android 2.3 OS (GingerBread) and is powered by not so fast 800 MHz processor. The device in no way allows OS upgrade as it lacks the proper hardware support. That said, it will definitely appeal to buyers who like to own a budget Android Smartphone.
Lava XOLO X900
The joint venture of Lava and Intel has led to the development of a new Android Smartphone XOLO X900. The Smartphone which is powered by 1.6GHz processor features dual cameras (one for capturing images and other for shooting videos) and boasts a 4.03 inch LCD touchscreen. It includes 2G and 3G Network support too.
Intel Orange Santa Clara
The American multinational after realizing the potential of Smartphone market has come up with its latest innovation – Orange Santa Clara. It is a mid-range phone that sports a 4-inch display and runs on Android 2.3 OS (Gingerbread). It has an 8MP camera that is capable of capturing good quality images.
ZTE Era – The Smartphone
Considered as the strongest Smartphone from the ZTE’s stable, ZTE Era Runs on the latest Android OS (IceCream Sandwich) and is powered by a quad-core Tegra 3 processor. It sports a 4.3-inch display screen with resolution of 960 x 540-pixel qHD pixels. Besides, the Smartphone has got 8GB of internal storage with a micro-SD slot option.
