Purpose: CAD Viewer / Markup opens, views, measures, marks up, and prints CAD and other industry common files without AutoCAD.
File formats: It supports DWG, DWF, DGN, DXF, PDF, raster images, HPGL/2 plotter files, ECW, and ESRI shapefiles.
Markup: Markup tools include text, dimensions, measurements, lines, boxes, arrows, hyperlinks, and image insertion.
Output: Drawings with markups can be printed, saved to PDF, or saved to raster image formats.
Original files: The product page says markup operations leave the source drawing untouched.
Batch printing: A batch command extension can print drawings from the command line, with no stated limit on the number of drawings.
