Purpose: Capybara is a Ruby library for testing web applications by simulating how a user interacts with an app.
Installation: The official site says Capybara is available on RubyGems and gives the command `gem install capybara`.
Drivers: Capybara uses a common interface across drivers; the README says Rack::Test and Selenium support are built in, while WebKit is available through an external gem.
Synchronization: Capybara automatically waits for page content to appear, so tests do not need manual sleeps for asynchronous content.
Framework support: The README documents integrations with Rails, Cucumber, RSpec, Test::Unit, and Minitest.
Requirements: The README says Capybara requires Ruby 3.0.0 or later.
Driver limitation: The default Rack::Test driver does not execute JavaScript or test remote applications and URLs.
Support: The project README directs users to GitHub Discussions for help and asks them not to open an issue for questions.
License: The repository identifies the project as MIT licensed.
Security: The repository security page says the project has no SECURITY.md policy and no published security advisories.
