Clefwise is a web-based platform for managing a music teaching business, bringing scheduling, invoicing, parent access, teaching records, and business analytics together. Teachers can set recurring lessons, availability windows, lesson credits, and schedules based on Australian school terms. Invoices support Stripe checkout, bulk sending, and overdue tracking. A parent portal brings together schedules, lesson notes, invoices, messages, and information for all of a parent's children. Teaching tools cover practice tracking, repertoire libraries, student progress, recital programmes, and RSVP tracking. Business analytics include profit and loss, revenue charts, expense tracking, and tax-ready exports. Clefwise uses Stripe for payments and can optionally sync lessons with Google Calendar. Its Australian focus includes state school terms through 2027, AUD invoices with ABN and GST, and Sydney-hosted core data. Students do not have their own accounts, and a student-facing app is planned for a future release. The Free plan covers three students; Pro costs 200.00 AUD per year.
