DLGamer is a paid online retailer for digital gaming products, offering PC games and Xbox titles for Xbox One or Xbox Series X. Its catalog also includes classic and upcoming PC games, downloadable content, and subscriptions. DLGamer says its products are legitimate and that it works with publishers including Xbox, SEGA, Bandai Namco, and PlayStation. Customers must register on the website to order. After purchase, a game key appears instantly in the account dashboard; keys are not sent by email. Activation or download methods vary by title, with Steam, Origin, Uplay, publisher platforms, executable files, and direct account downloads named in its help information. PC games may be refunded within 14 days for a mistaken purchase, region mismatch, or change of mind when the key remains unused. Payment options include credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA. Support is available seven days a week. DLGamer has operated from France since 2004, lists Paris headquarters, serves consumers globally, and does not offer business-to-business sales.
