The record

Purpose: EventEase provides software for organizations to plan and manage fundraising events, including event websites, registrations, sponsorships, and reporting tools.
Event types: The site describes use for charity golf tournaments, galas, school and PTO fundraisers, sports events, concerts, clay shoots, runs, walks, and community events.
Event website: Each event gets a public website where organizers can present event details, registrations, sponsorships, donations, and checkout.
Order management: Organizers can view paid and unpaid orders, send invoices with payment links, download receipts, and manage refunds through the connected processor.
Fundraising: Participants can receive personal fundraising pages to share, with donations credited to them and funds going to the event.
Golf features: For golf events, EventEase supports golfers and foursomes, sponsorships, hole assignments, handicaps, payments, and event-day details.
Payments: EventEase says checkout uses Stripe and that organizers can connect an existing Stripe account or get help setting one up.
Integrations: The pricing page identifies Stripe as the payment option and Golf Tournament Solutions as a partner for golf cannons, on-course stations, and tournament-day staff.
Support: EventEase says setup help and access to a person by phone are included, without an extra software fee.
Security and payment data: EventEase says it does not store full card numbers, bank account numbers, or sensitive payment credentials; third-party processors handle sensitive payment information.
Privacy: EventEase says it does not sell personal information and uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information.
Payment model: Under the default direct-processing model, the organizer is the merchant of record and funds settle directly from the payment processor to the organizer’s designated bank account.
Notable limitations: The site says EventEase does not time races or hand out bibs for school and church events, and its standard service does not provide payment processing, banking, escrow, or custodial services.
Headquarters: Ellington, Connecticut
