The record

Product: Arcoro Time, formerly ExakTime, is GPS-verified time tracking built for contractors and construction crews.
Geofencing: GPS geofences can limit clock-ins to a specific jobsite, and GPS tracking turns off when employees clock out.
Job costing: Employees can assign project and cost codes to their hours so businesses can monitor labor costs across jobsites.
Equipment: Equipment tracking lets users manage tools and equipment and record incidents or needed repairs.
Reports: Daily employee work reports provide an overview of activity across jobsites, and timecards show regular and overtime hours.
Integrations: The maker lists integrations with QuickBooks, Sage, ADP, Acumatica, Foundation, Viewpoint, Procore, and other payroll and ERP systems.
Web access: ExakTime Connect is a cloud-based program accessible from browser-based devices for managing employee time records, job costing, locations, and field data.
Trial: The maker offers a free 14-day trial of the Arcoro app.
Security: The maker says sensitive HR data has an extra authentication layer, with access determined by whether a user signs in with a time-only PIN or full credentials.
Support: Support is available by live chat, web form, or phone, with onboarding help, video tutorials, recorded webinars, and live Open Office Hours.
Audience: Arcoro Time is positioned for construction firms, contractors, and field crews.
Pricing limits: Volume pricing is available for organizations with 200 or more employees, and monthly and quarterly payment terms are also available.
History: The maker says ExakTime was created in 1999 by a construction business owner frustrated by inaccurate timecards and missing employees.
