Eyes On Club is a sports-club management service for automating daily operations, including court bookings. Players can find nearby clubs and reserve courts through the web portal or app, and the booking system does not charge clubs or players a commission on bookings made there. The free Core plan has a scheduler for filtering sessions by activity, date and time, plus a dashboard for operations, finances and bookings. Clubs can manage settings, reservation rules, user roles and records, medical certificates and accounting reports. Core supports tennis and padel courts, membership management and online payment collection. Premium add-ons include Plus, E-Payments, Guest Manager and Group Courses, each with a predetermined cost. E-Payments can connect a club’s PayPal or Stripe account, though those gateways may charge transaction fees. Guest Manager tracks invitations and issues entry codes; Group Courses handles schedules, skill levels, registration and spaces. Eyes On Club can coexist with existing booking and management systems. The Eyes On Live integration supports sharing and monetizing streams, with Eyes On installation required at the club.
