Gantner Fitness Check-In and Access Control manages member entry and area permissions for fitness clubs and sports facilities, including sites that allow unattended access around the clock. Members can check in with credentials such as RFID or NFC cards and wristbands, SmartPass, QR codes, PINs, fingerprints, or facial recognition, depending on the setup. Operators can grant access to specific areas based on membership and block or replace lost credentials. GT7 terminals support RFID and NFC; optional readers include face recognition, fingerprint, and barcode. The terminal can be configured for access, time, or information functions, while the cloud-based G7 Connect platform supports device management, configuration, firmware, and app updates. SmartPass puts passes in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for contactless NFC entry, where those services are supported. Gantner says the system integrates with common club management software and works with Salto access control and digital training equipment. Pricing is on request.
