The record

Purpose: The module calculates, nets, and settles intercompany obligations using ERP data, FX handling, In-house Bank, and Payments.
Netting methods: It supports bilateral netting between entity pairs and multilateral netting across participants in a cycle.
Cycle scheduling: Cycles can be recurring, including monthly or bi-monthly cycles, or run ad hoc.
Included obligations: Netting can include invoices, trade payables and receivables, loans, interest, management fees, royalties, and other internal charges.
FX handling: Calculations can use treasury-defined or market FX rates, and residual net FX exposures can be exported to treasury or risk modules for hedging.
Data integration: Obligations can be imported from ERP systems through API or file-based integration, or entered manually.
Approvals and disputes: Designated entity users can review, approve, or dispute statement line items before confirming their net position.
Settlement: The module generates net settlement instructions and routes them to the payment module or In-house Bank, where standard approval workflows apply.
Reporting and audit: It reports gross versus net payment volumes and estimated FX savings, and maintains an immutable audit trail of imports, calculations, confirmations, disputes, and settlements.
Product dependency: Nomentia says Netting is implemented as an add-on on top of In-house Bank and Payments.
Compliance: Nomentia says its structured workflow, confirmation process, and audit trail support compliance requirements, including regulated environments such as DACH.
Security certifications: Nomentia lists ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISAE 3402 II, SWIFT Customer Security Program, and FSQS-NL certification or qualification on its security page.
Support: Nomentia provides a 24/7-access Help Center; software support hours are listed as 08:00–18:00 UTC+01:00/+02:00.
Pricing: Nomentia’s contact page offers a custom demo and pricing rather than publishing a price.
