The record

Product: Preside is a full-featured, productivity-focused mobile email app for managing email from a mobile device.
Intended users: The maker describes it as designed for power email users, including attorneys, executives, IT experts, and people who file email into folders or to-do apps.
Email filing: Features include predictive folder suggestions, quick filing, batch moves and deletes, folder search, and moving email between accounts.
Customization: The app offers configurable swipe actions, notification and coloring rules, more than 20 color themes, presets, and configurable buttons and fonts.
Tasks: Users can add emails as tasks in compatible third-party apps and manage tasks through Reminders, Exchange, or Toodledo accounts.
Email integrations: The setup FAQ describes support for IMAP, Exchange ActiveSync, Exchange Web Services, and POP3, while strongly discouraging POP3.
Task integrations: The product page lists integrations including Toodledo, Exchange/Outlook, OmniFocus, Appigo Todo, Things, The Hit List, Evernote, Drafts, and Notebooks.
iPad features: On iPad, Preside offers a multi-pane layout, resizable panes, drag-and-drop filing, and Slide Over and Split Screen support.
Privacy: The maker says email and account data are stored locally and are not uploaded to its servers in the app's default configuration.
Analytics: The maker says Preside does not collect app usage or analytics data; it notes that Apple may collect anonymous usage data that can be disabled in iOS Settings.
Security: The maker says the app uses iOS file protection to encrypt data at rest and supports S/MIME certificates.
Usage limit: The current free version allows folder-suggestion filing 600 times per month; the maker says limits may change and the in-app screen has the latest limit.
Support: Support and feedback requests can be sent to [email protected], and premium subscribers receive priority responses.
Compatibility limitation: The maker says Preside does not enforce most Exchange ActiveSync provisioning policies, although it lists account-only remote wipe and S/MIME certificate support.
