RentalProPlus Rental Showing Scheduler is a web-based tool for arranging rental property showings. Renters can book appointments online in real time and answer a Fair Housing Act-compliant pre-screening questionnaire during booking. Landlords manage appointments through the RentalProPlus landlord portal. The scheduler sends automated SMS, call and email notifications and reminders, and attendees can synchronize appointments with their calendars. After each showing, the service collects feedback. RentalProPlus says automation can reduce landlords' showing coordination by up to 90%. The product is intended for landlords and property managers and supports prospect scheduling and showing feedback; self-guided tours are not available. The Scheduler is an independent module that landlords can use alone or alongside other RentalProPlus products. Its listed plan is free, free to the landlord with bonus credits.
