The record

What it does: shirts.com sells custom printed apparel, bulk orders, creator storefronts, and secondhand apparel.
Design tools: Its online Studio lets visitors describe, type, upload, or draw a design and preview it on a garment.
Design access: Visitors can generate design concepts without an account; an account is needed to save a design or place an order.
Products: The catalogue includes tees, hoodies, polos, long sleeves, jackets, workwear, and swimwear.
Bulk pricing: Volume price breaks start at 12 pieces, and mixed sizes count together toward the quantity break.
Printing: The FAQ says orders print direct-to-garment, with water-based ink and no setup fee.
Fulfillment: Most orders leave within 3–5 business days, plus carrier transit.
Creator sales: Creators can open a free storefront; shirts.com prints, packs, ships, and handles customer service and returns.
Creator limitation: Creator storefronts are hosted at shirts.com/s/your-name; the site says custom domains are not yet available.
Payments: Stripe processes payments, and the site says full card numbers never reach its servers.
Security: The privacy policy says passwords are hashed with PBKDF2-SHA256, session tokens are stored as hashes, and traffic is encrypted with TLS.
Data handling: The privacy policy says shirts.com does not sell personal information and does not run cross-site advertising trackers.
Support: The contact page says a real person reads each message and replies within one business day.
Returns: Faulty or incorrectly printed items are reprinted free, while custom items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns after production begins.
