SportMember is a club administration platform for coordinating sports activities, membership fees, websites, club shops, and ticketing. Its website builder offers ready-made pages and a click-and-edit editor, with calendars and news synchronized from SportMember without coding. New members can register through the club website, and their details are added to the system automatically. Other tools include a club calendar, member database, team app, webshop, ticketing, booking, attendance tracking, team chat, and lineup builder. The calendar can synchronize with Outlook, iCal, and Google calendars; widgets connect an existing website such as WordPress or Wix to a SportMember account. The service is available through Android and iPhone apps and a computer browser. Basic is free and includes a club website, but payment transactions incur £0,35 + 1% of the paid amount. PRO costs £0.16 per user/month, with a £22.00 monthly minimum; VAT and the administration fee are excluded. SportMember says member data is stored in the EU with role-limited access, and payments processed through its system are PCI Level 1 certified.
Who it is for
SportMember suits sports clubs, teams, federations, players, and parents who need tools for membership, schedules, communication, and club administration. Basic is aimed at self-reliant clubs with few needs; PRO adds support calls and other support services.
