SSuite Gif Animator makes animated GIFs, movies, and slideshows from images. In the desktop application, users add images to a list and create an animation. It accepts JPG, JPEG, PNG, and BMP files, and lets users set image intervals from milliseconds to minutes, including separate timing for each image. The tool can resize images and make them all the same size. The maker says GIFs created with the application can be viewed in current web browsers. The product page lists a portable Windows edition and a PC desktop edition that uses an InstallShield installation process. The portable version can run from a USB drive or another memory device; the maker lists support for 32-bit and 64-bit Windows. It directs users on Vista, 7, 8, 10, 11, and beyond to run the executable as administrator. The product is proprietary freeware for private and commercial use, not open source. The maker also links to an online GIF maker edition, though that site returned a 403 error when opened. Van Loo Software says it does not rent, sell, collect, or share personal information except to provide requested free software or services.
