The record

What it does: TierContest lets creators rank tier lists on stream while viewers vote by typing tier letters in chat.
Supported chats: Live chat voting works with Twitch and Kick; the site says YouTube is not yet supported and is on the roadmap.
List building: Creators can use a drag-and-drop editor or start from a template, then reuse a list across streams.
Scoring: Viewers who predict the creator’s placement earn points, and a leaderboard updates live on stream.
Overlays: OBS and Streamlabs can show browser source widgets for the current item, vote bars, timer, tier board, or leaderboard, or capture the console window.
Viewer access: Viewers do not need a TierContest account or app; they vote in the platform chat they already use.
Channel connection: Creators enter their channel name; the site says no OAuth connection or bot is needed to read public chat.
Voter cap: A voter is one unique chatter per session; votes beyond the plan limit are not counted toward the leaderboard, but the session continues.
Support: The contact page lists email as the primary support channel and says typical response is under 24 hours, with live contests prioritized.
Security approach: TierContest says its live chat connection is read-only and cannot post messages, time out or ban users, run ads, change channel titles, or read whispers and moderator actions.
Privacy and retention: The privacy policy says individual live vote records are automatically deleted about 48 hours after a round, while final session leaderboards expire roughly 30 days after the session ends.
Data security: The privacy policy says TierContest implements appropriate security measures against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction; it does not name a certification.
Who it is for: The site describes the product for stream creators, and its Event / Studio offer mentions awards shows, tournaments, conventions, and agency campaigns across creators.
