The record

Product: Tripping is an AI trip planner for iPhone that turns trip ideas into day-by-day itineraries.
AI planning: Users can tell the planner their destination, dates, and travel style to generate a personalized itinerary.
Travel styles: The app lets users choose up to three styles, including relaxed, adventurous, cultural, and foodie.
Bring-your-own plans: Users can paste notes, import .txt, .csv, or .pdf files, or build a trip manually.
Itinerary controls: Users can edit, reorder, and refine itinerary days.
Offline access: Most of a generated itinerary can be viewed offline, while creating trips and fetching AI insights require an internet connection.
AI processing: Text sent to the planner or pasted as an itinerary is processed by Google's Gemini API, and the policy says it is not used to train Google's models.
Privacy: The privacy policy says Tripping does not sell user data, show ads, or use travel content to train AI models.
Security: The privacy policy says data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain.
Data deletion: Users can delete individual trips in the app or request account deletion, with personal data removed from production systems within 30 days.
Support: Support is available at [email protected], and the support page says most replies go out within one business day.
Platform: The App Store listing says Tripping is only for iPhone.
Price availability: The website says Tripping is free to download and directs users to the App Store listing for current pricing and subscription options.
What it does: Tripping creates day-by-day travel itineraries with AI for iPhone.
