Zillow 3D Home is a free mobile app for making virtual home tours and publishing them on a listing’s Zillow home details page. Tours can be captured with a supported iPhone or Android smartphone, or with a compatible 360-degree camera. The app also creates interactive floor plans, though those require a compatible 360-degree camera. Tours can be shared through social media, email, text, MLS links, and website embeds. Zillow says MLS-linked tours automatically syndicate to most major real estate sites. Users can manage published and unpublished tours on a computer through the My 3D Homes dashboard or in the app through My 3D Tours, and can grant others editing access using dashboard sharing controls. An iPad or other tablet needs a compatible 360-degree camera for tour capture. Zillow may distribute submitted tours and floor plans to MLSs and other real estate websites; certain sharing preferences are available in the Distribution tab. Users need permission to upload property panoramas and must exclude people, pets, and private information.
