Let us see scenes from Steve Jobs life and watch the inspiring story of success for a man involved in changing the world around him.

Let’s start by a fact that may be a surprise to many people which is that Jobs, who is one of the most successful businessmen in the world did not enter any University!!

Jobs entered for one semester,  but he failed, after that he left the university and join Atari as a technician, after a while he traveled to India to visit the Neem Karoli Baba, in search of spiritual enlightenment. He came back a Buddhist. Steve Jobs, met  the computer engineer and programmer Steve Wozniak  and they worked together at HP Company as a summer employee. In autumn 1974, Jobs returned to California and began attending meetings of the Homebrew Computer Club with Wozniak. After years  the two decided to join together and break into the world of technology and Wozniak left his work as an engineer at HP and joined Jobs for  the establishment of a small company interested in personal computer technology.

Indeed, In 1976, Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne founded Apple, the company began assembling and selling computers, to offer the world a year after its establishment “Apple 2“, which is the first successful personal computers are produced on commercial level:

Apple 2” witnessed a strong start in the field of PC and sweep the U.S. market with its advanced technology and high-quality programs. Jobs was so intelligent, he sold hundreds of his new device.

In 1980, Jobs, continued on its quest for development and innovation of technology, producing the “Apple 3“, but it did not succeed, so the company recalled the first batch from the market, due to some technical flaws.

In 1983, Steve Jobs lured John Sculley away from Pepsi-Cola to serve as Apple’s CEO, saying his famous words, “Do you want to sell sugar water for the rest of your life, or do you want to come with me and change the world?”.

In 1984, the company started growing to achieve the Great Leap, when Jobs introduced the Macintosh system, which was the first successful operating system with graphical interface and a mouse.

The idea of a mouse with a tiny device and a graphical user interface was so amazing that days, this device succeeded and widespread success is unprecedented in face of Intel and Microsoft, but barely a year goes on after this achievement the internal conflicts started inside Apple  that ended in a violent expulsion of Jobs from his company. Sculley relieved Jobs of his duties as head of the Macintosh division at the end of May 1985.

That was the hardest thing that happened to Jobs, but he also said this was the best thing that happened to him.

That prompted Jobs to create a new company is NeXT Computer. In 1989, Jobs produced the first computer, called “Next,” which in spite of its technological superiority, by including the Mach kernel, the digital signal processor chip, and the built-in Ethernet port, it did not succeed commercially because of  its high price. But Jobs marketed it to the scientific and academic fields as  an “interpersonal” computer, that could allow people to communicate and collaborate together in an easy way.

The NeXT workstation was revolutionary because of its technical strengths, chief among them its object-oriented software development system, which is the basis for the modern Mac operating system.

In 1993, NeXT company  transitioned fully to software development.

Jobs increased his interest in stylish designs, that was revolutionary compared to what was in those days.

Jobs then moved to new stage in 1986, so he bought The Graphics Group from Lucasfilm for $10 million, and renamed later Pixar. Steve excelled in this new domain by Integration animation with modern computer technology, and he achieved much success, Jobs came with his genius and he conveyed the animation from its traditional form into a new form to be even more dazzling. Later, Pixar contracted with Disney to produce a number of computer-animated feature films, and their first film was  Toy Story,  which brought fame and critical acclaim to the studio in 1995. we all know many others famous films made by Pixar such as :  A Bug’s Life (1998), Toy Story 2 (1999), Monsters, Inc. (2001), Finding Nemo (2003), The Incredibles (2004), Cars (2006), Ratatouille (2007), WALL-E (2008), Up (2009) and Toy Story 3 (2010).

On January, 2006, Disney agreed to purchase Pixar in an all-stock transaction worth $7.4 billion. So Jobs became The Walt Disney Company’s largest single shareholder with approximately 7% of the company’s stock and he became a billionaire. Even though Jobs earned only $1 a year as CEO of Apple, he holds 5.426 million Apple shares, as well as 138 million shares in Disney.

Jobs married Laurene Powell, on March 18, 1991. The couple have a son and two daughters. Jobs also has a daughter, Lisa Brennan-Jobs (born 1978), from his relationship with Bay Area painter Chrisann Brennan.

At that time “Apple” was unable to achieve stability, and it began to collapse quickly and shrunk its market share significantly, and it moved from one manager to another until settled with Gilbert Amelio, who did not find an anchor to save the company from collapse only Steve Jobs, so he invited him to join “Apple” as consultant in 1995.

In 1996, Apple bought NeXT for $429 million. And with this purchase, much of NeXT’s technology found its way into Apple products, such as NeXTSTEP, which evolved into Mac OS X.  Performing his duties in Apple again, Jobs launched “iMac” computer, “Apple” returned again to pick up her breath and regain its position in the PC market again.

In 2000,  Jobs officially became permanent CEO and he quipped at the time that he would be using the title ” iCEO “.

People like Jobs do not stop at any certain point, but always strive to look for new technology. He introduced the iPod in 2001, which caused a sensation by its small, stylish design, and this product has a huge spread in all global markets, due to Steve’s great thinking and his distinctive marketing, he was able to persuade most of the songs companies to provide their songs on the Internet, and then he issued iTunes.

Then the real excitement began in 2007, when Apple re-invented the cell phone and provided the  iPhone.  So Apple entered the cellular phone business with the introduction of the iPhone, a multi-touch display cell phone, which also included the features of an iPod.

A simple sleek and sophisticated Device.

This was the magic formula applied by Jobs in all his products and that appeared evident in your iPhone. Then iPad appeared in 2010, To open a new world is the world of Tablet PCs.

Jobs has achieved many successes punctuated by many pitfalls as well, but overall, after all this march, he is one of success models that have been able to change the whole world.

After launching iCloud Service and issued the iPad2 it was time to Shock the World by his resignation. In August 2011, Jobs resigned as CEO of Apple, but remained at the company as chairman of the company’s board, hours after the announcement, Apple shares dropped 5% in after-hour trading, including at The Walt Disney Company where Jobs serves as director. In after-hour trading on the day of the announcement, Walt Disney shares dropped 1.5%.
