For travel and nature music, Murmur is the strongest fit when you need an instrumental track you can generate offline for a travel edit; AI Makes Song is the more relevant option when you want to start from a travel-vlog prompt. Neither source establishes a dedicated nature-music genre, so treat forests, coastlines, trails, and wildlife as prompt ideas to explore, not guaranteed styles or results.
Best AI Music Options For Travel And Nature Videos
| Rank | Tool | Travel and nature fit | What is established |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Murmur | Offline instrumental tracks for travel edits | Travel creator use, offline generation after model download, instrumental focus, and custom scene prompts with Pro |
| 2 | AI Makes Song | Travel-vlog prompt starting point | A travel-vlog reggaeton prompt, text-to-song generation, and free publishing with attribution |
1. Murmur — Best For Offline Instrumentals On The Go
Murmur is the closest match for a creator assembling a travel reel away from reliable internet: its product information specifically describes generating offline after downloading the model and calls out making a track for a reel while editing on a plane. It focuses on instrumental music, which suits narration-led landscape footage where lyrics could compete with the location sound or voiceover.
For a nature sequence, start with a scene-led prompt such as “quiet dawn above a misty pine forest, slow cinematic instrumental, space for natural ambience.” The service lists cinematic among its styles and says Pro adds custom scene prompts. That supports trying a scene description, but does not establish a dedicated forest, wildlife, or nature preset, nor guarantee a particular sound.
The free plan has a fixed track length. Murmur Pro is described as a one-time €14.99 purchase for unlimited length, all 170+ presets, and custom scene prompts. Murmur says its music is royalty-free for commercial edits; check its terms for the use you have in mind.

2. AI Makes Song — Best For A Travel-Vlog Prompt Starting Point
AI Makes Song lists a “Romantic Reggaeton” prompt for travel vlogs, making it the more direct match if your travel footage calls for a rhythmic song rather than a purely atmospheric instrumental. The service says it generates songs from text and includes an AI song maker. For nature footage, you could try adapting the travel-vlog idea with a setting and mood, such as “gentle acoustic song for a coastal road trip at sunrise”; acoustic instrumentation and the resulting style are not established, so check what the service can generate.
Free users can test and publish with attribution to AI Makes Song; paid plans unlock commercial rights for videos, podcasts, and games. The service also lists AI covers: get consent for any voice or material you use, and check the platform’s terms for covers and samples before publishing.

Prompts And Workflow For Nature Footage
Describe the scene and the job the music needs to do, then adjust after hearing the result. These are prompt examples, not claims that either service guarantees a specific genre, instrument, or sound:
- Wide landscape: “Slow cinematic instrumental for a wide mountain pass at sunrise, spacious and calm, background music for a travel edit.”
- Walking footage: “Steady, unobtrusive instrumental for a forest trail video, leaving room for footsteps and narration.”
- Travel montage: “Warm, uplifting song for a road-trip montage through coastal scenery.”
Generate a short candidate, place it under the footage, and listen for whether its pace and density leave room for speech and ambient sound. If you need a specific instrument, genre, language, export format, or commercial-use permission beyond what is stated here, check the vendor’s site before choosing a workflow.
