Overview

Propwise brings lead intake, conversations, listings, deals and market intelligence into one workspace. Its CRM covers contacts, commissions, tasks, reminders and calendars, with pipelines and Kanban views; lead import, routing, automated follow-up and property matching support the work from enquiry to deal. That makes it more purpose-built for property teams than a basic contact manager, though the free plan limits access to some of its market and AI capabilities.

Portal workflows for Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle, together with messaging for WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, give UAE agencies a focused set of connections. These are relevant strengths for teams already working across those channels, rather than a reason to assume every outside system is covered.

Key features

Shared CRM and messaging

The unified inbox brings WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook conversations together with lead context, templates and bulk messaging. That can help agents keep communication attached to the prospect record instead of treating each social channel as a separate thread. Shared pipelines and team analytics are part of Pro, so teams needing cross-agent oversight should factor the upgrade into their decision.

Propilot and safeguards

Propilot answers questions about business and Dubai market data in plain English, supports valuations and can prepare actions for review. It is read-only by default; proposed changes require approval unless automatic handling is enabled for that action type. This approval model is a sensible fit for agents who want assistance without defaulting to unattended changes, although teams should consider whether their preferred actions need manual review.

Security and support

Workspace access controls, tenant-level data isolation, roles and permissions, session management and audit logs are among its security features. The maker describes its approach as based on GDPR-style privacy principles, UAE PDPL-aligned practices and OWASP-inspired security practices. Support is offered at admin@propwise.com, with replies within one business day.

Pricing

Propwise is freemium, with a 30-day trial. The free Propwise plan costs 0.00 AED per free and gives an organisation workspace, core CRM and lead management, basic pipeline and task tools, and limited market intelligence, off-plan and inventory access, and AI tools. It is a practical starting point for an agency evaluating core workflows, but the limits matter for teams that depend on those data and AI features day to day.

Propwise Pro is 333.25 AED per year, billed monthly equivalent, with annual billing at AED 3,999 per seat and annual billing only. It adds full team CRM and lead management, multiple customisable AI assistants, agency lead sources and channel integrations, automated lead distribution, shared pipelines and team analytics. The per-seat annual commitment is important: it suits agencies ready to standardise team workflows, but is less flexible for a small group still assessing adoption.

Propilot costs 249.00 AED per month, billed monthly, with plans beginning after a 30-day free trial. It includes a personal account and workspace, one Propilot AI assistant, lead and follow-up management, Dubai market insights, and off-plan and inventory search. That makes it the more direct fit for an individual agent seeking market tools, rather than the full set of agency controls in Pro.

Platforms

Propwise is available on Android, iOS and the web, and includes a mobile app. The combination supports teams that need to work from phones as well as a browser, without making any claim about differences between the platform versions.

Who it's for

Agencies and teams are the intended audience for Propwise’s shared CRM and team workflows. Individual agents may find Propilot’s personal workspace and Dubai market assistance a closer fit. Developers are also addressed through a developer portal, though the available product details do not establish what that portal includes.

Propwise is a weaker fit for teams outside the UAE property context, or for buyers who require generous free access to market, inventory and AI tools. Pro’s annual-only, per-seat billing is also a meaningful commitment for teams that need month-to-month flexibility.

Pros and cons

Pros: Lead import, routing, automated follow-up and property matching cover important stages of real estate lead management, rather than stopping at contact storage.
Pros: A unified inbox, UAE portal workflows and shared pipelines bring several agency workflows together for teams using those channels.
Pros: Propilot’s review-first default keeps proposed changes subject to approval unless automatic handling is enabled by action type.
Cons: The free plan limits market intelligence, off-plan and inventory access, and AI tools, which narrows its usefulness for agents relying on those capabilities.
Cons: Pro is annual-only and costs AED 3,999 per seat annually, making the team upgrade a less flexible commitment.
Cons: Propilot is a personal account with one assistant, not a substitute for Pro’s team CRM, distribution and analytics.

Alternatives

For a broader comparison, see Real Estate CRM Software.

REALM is a paid web and extension option with a 30-day trial; choose it if you want its EVE intelligence layer and daily briefing over the CRM, portals and inboxes you already use. It costs 49.00 USD per month per seat.
LeadPixie has a free plan for teams up to 10 users with no time limit; consider it if that team-size allowance is the priority.
Realatic offers a free forever plan with no credit card required, capped at 3 users, 100 leads per month and 1 project; it may suit a small team whose needs fit those limits.
Follow Up Boss is a paid web platform with a free trial; its Grow plan includes lead-source and website connections, lead distribution, Smart Lists and Action Plans.
Magellan CRM is a paid option with a free trial and month-to-month plans; its Core plan has a four-agent minimum.
Zakeli has a free plan capped at 50 leads per month and one portal integration; consider it if those limits cover your needs.
Sell.Do offers custom pricing based on team size, modules, AI usage and communication volumes, with a five-user minimum.
eesy has a free plan for one agent and 50 contacts with core CRM, a basic pipeline and email support; it is a simpler free-tier alternative for a solo agent within that contact cap.

Verdict

Propwise is a strong choice for UAE agencies that want lead management, messaging and team oversight in a property-focused workspace, with Propilot available for Dubai market assistance. Its main advantages are the connected workflows and agency-specific scope; its main drawbacks are restricted free-plan intelligence and inventory access and Pro’s annual, per-seat commitment. Choose it if those shared workflows justify that commitment; look elsewhere if you need a flexible monthly team plan or a broader free tier.
