Overview

Agile CRM combines contact and deal management, marketing campaigns, and helpdesk ticketing. That makes it a plausible fit for a smaller business trying to coordinate customer work in one system. The value depends on whether its plan limits match the team’s contact volume and integrations: capacity, API calls, and some sales functions vary substantially by tier.

The company says the product launched in 2013. Paid plans have a stated 99.5% uptime guarantee, and customer data is stored in a separate database on Google Cloud. The privacy policy describes confidential handling of customer and lead information and SSL encryption in transit, but is effective only up to May 24, 2018. Businesses with current privacy requirements should resolve that dated commitment before relying on the platform for sensitive records.

Key features

Sales workflows: Contact and deal management, a visual pipeline, lead scoring, appointment scheduling, telephony, and sales reporting cover a broad range of day-to-day sales work. Email sync is supported, while two-way email integration is a Starter feature.
Marketing: Campaign automation, email campaigns and tracking, landing pages, web engagement, and mobile marketing give teams ways to run outreach alongside CRM records. The free plan includes marketing automation and email tracking, which makes it a practical starting point for small-scale use.
Customer service: Helpdesk ticketing includes groups, labels, canned responses, views, activities, and reports. Helpdesk is included even on Free, extending that tier beyond a sales-only contact database.
Connections and access: Integrations include Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Zendesk, HelpScout, and LiveHelpNow. Developer resources include REST and language APIs, webhooks, and single sign-on integration; API quotas rise by plan, so teams automating data exchange should factor that ceiling into their choice.
Mobile and support: Android and iOS apps support contact management, campaign sending, and calls. Support options include email support 24/5, weekday phone support, scheduled calls, and weekly training workshops.

Pricing

Agile CRM has a free tier and three paid plans. Paid prices below are per month; the available plan terms do not state a billing cadence, so confirm renewal terms before subscribing.

Plan	Price	Included capacity and features
Free	0.00 USD per free	Up to 10 users; 1,000 contacts and companies; unlimited deals, tasks, and documents; email tracking, marketing automation, and helpdesk.
Starter	8.99 USD per month	10,000 contacts and companies; two-way email integration; marketing automation; three plugins/integrations; 5,000 API calls per day.
Regular	29.99 USD per month	50,000 contacts and companies; two-way telephony; post-call automation; 50+ plugins/integrations; 10,000 API calls per day.
Enterprise	47.99 USD per month	Unlimited contacts and companies; call recording; automated voicemails; unlimited campaign workflows; 25,000 API calls per day.

Free is a meaningful trial tier for a team of up to 10, but its 1,000-contact cap can become the first constraint. Starter is the natural step for a business that needs two-way email and more contacts, though three integrations and 5,000 daily API calls keep it relatively bounded. Regular is aimed at teams that depend on telephony and broader integrations; Enterprise is the fit for high contact volumes or call recording and automated voicemails. The API quota remains finite on every paid plan, including Enterprise.

Platforms

Agile CRM supports web, Android, iOS, API, and extension access. The mobile apps extend contact, campaign, and calling tasks beyond the desktop, while API and extension access give teams additional ways to connect workflows.

Who it's for

Consider Agile CRM if a small or medium-sized business wants sales, marketing, and helpdesk work in a single CRM, particularly if the free tier’s 10-user and 1,000-contact limits are sufficient at the outset. It is less compelling for an organization that needs a larger contact base or extensive API traffic on an entry plan, or that cannot accept uncertainty around an old privacy-policy date.

Pros and cons

Pro: Sales, marketing, and helpdesk capabilities sit together, including helpdesk and marketing automation on the free tier; this can reduce the need to start with separate tools for those functions.
Pro: The paid tiers expand contact capacity and unlock telephony and integration options, giving teams a defined path as their workflows grow.
Con: Free is capped at 1,000 contacts and companies, and paid API limits range from 5,000 to 25,000 calls per day; teams with larger datasets or automation demands must plan around quotas.
Con: The privacy policy is marked effective only up to May 24, 2018, a material concern for businesses assessing current data-handling commitments.

Alternatives

For a broader set of CRM options, compare the CRM Software directory. If the decision is specifically about sales gamification, use the Sales Gamification Software directory instead; for voicemail-drop tools, see Voicemail Drop Software.

Bitrix24 Sales Gamification is a reasonable alternative for a team that wants a free CRM with shared calendars, tasks, chat, and video calls for 1–2 users, plus a free trial and broader platform support including desktop and self-hosted options.

RepCard is a narrower option for someone seeking a free personal RepCard and QR code with capped notifications, reviews, and referrals. MakeTheBoard is a free option for organizing boards with stated participant and entrant limits. Gametize offers a free Basic plan for up to 10 players and a paid Starter tier. BoardQ has a free web-based leaderboard plan with exports and custom columns, while Grit Board offers a free play tier. Outfield is a paid sales platform with a free trial and no free plan. StarrPoint has a free web leaderboard plan capped at five active users.

Verdict

Agile CRM is best for a small or medium-sized business that wants sales, marketing automation, and customer service under one roof, with a free tier to get started. Choose it for that integrated scope and upgrade when its contact or workflow limits become restrictive. Look elsewhere if current privacy commitments are essential but cannot be confirmed, or if the plan quotas do not fit your expected API use.
