Overview

AgreeDo brings meeting preparation, minutes, and follow-up into a connected process. Participants can contribute ideas, comments, and results before a meeting, and the agenda can become minutes with one click. Tasks assigned in those minutes can carry into the next meeting’s agenda, keeping ongoing work connected to the discussion that produced it.

That continuity is the main reason to choose AgreeDo over a notes-only tool. Agenda templates, recurring meetings, and decision tracking also support groups that want a repeatable record. The Basic plan, however, allows just four meetings per month and three participants per meeting, which is restrictive for teams with frequent meetings or larger attendance.

Key features

Agendas, minutes, and follow-through

Participants can add material before a meeting, while task assignment and scheduling in the minutes give owners and timing a place in the record. Filters help review task progress. This makes AgreeDo useful when minutes need to support accountability, not just preserve what was discussed. Automatically carrying ongoing tasks into a follow-up agenda reduces the effort of setting up the next session.

Meeting access and integrations

Participants can join Microsoft Teams, Webex, and GoToMeeting sessions directly from meeting minutes. ICS integration works with calendar apps including Outlook and Google Calendar, and an Outlook plugin can add and access minutes from appointments. These connections are practical for teams already using those meeting and calendar services; the listed integrations do not cover every platform.

AgreeDo says access uses HTTPS and participant permissions, and public meetings can be password protected. In moderated meetings, only the creator can edit while others can view and comment; closing a meeting makes it read-only. The service does not use AI or recordings to take notes, a useful distinction for groups that prefer human-authored records.

Pricing

AgreeDo is freemium, with a 30-day trial. Basic has no listed price and caps usage at four meetings per month, three participants per meeting, and one attachment per meeting. Those limits make it suitable for occasional, small-group use, but a regular team may outgrow it quickly.

Premium costs 7.90 USD per month, billed monthly; annual billing is offered at a 10% discount compared with monthly billing. It removes the Basic meeting, participant, and attachment caps, and adds advanced search, custom print layouts, moderated meetings, Excel/CSV export, and the ability to move or copy items between meetings. It is the clearest fit for teams that meet routinely or need those controls and export options.

Teams/Enterprise includes unlimited meetings, participants, and attachments, with custom pricing. The listed plan details do not include Premium’s additional features, so groups considering it should weigh its stated capacity against their needs. No seat limit is given for either paid plan.

Platforms

AgreeDo supports Android, iOS, macOS, web, and Windows. Its calendar support and meeting-service links extend the workflow across scheduling and video calls, while the Outlook plugin is specifically useful to people who manage minutes from appointments.

Who it's for

AgreeDo is aimed at teams, small businesses, NGOs, and clubs that need structured collaborative notes. It is particularly well suited to groups that assign work during meetings and want to carry unfinished tasks forward. Occasional groups can start with Basic; teams with more than three participants per meeting or more than four meetings a month will need a different plan.

It is less compelling for users who only need a simple note repository, or who require AI-generated meeting notes: AgreeDo does not use AI or recordings for note-taking. The service is run by Siehec GmbH, based in Munich, Germany.

Pros and cons

Connected meeting workflow: Agenda-to-minutes conversion and automatic carry-forward of ongoing tasks keep preparation and follow-up together.
Useful task accountability: Users can assign and schedule work in minutes and filter progress afterward.
Practical collaboration controls: Moderated and read-only meeting modes give creators a way to control editing and preserve closed records.
Tight Basic limits: Four meetings, three participants, and one attachment per month-bound meeting make the free tier a trial-sized fit for many active teams.
No AI note-taking: Groups seeking automated notes will need another tool.

Verdict
