Overview

AIRE collects enquiries from 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing and Facebook ads, imports leads, assigns them to team members and tracks stages, conversions and AI-based lead scores. It connects each lead with relevant properties and follows progress from enquiry and visits through negotiation and closure, giving sales managers a single pipeline rather than separate contact and inventory records.

The plan structure makes capacity an important buying question. Starter allows three listings, Pro allows 10 and Ultimate allows 50. Teams that routinely market more properties will need Custom or a pricing discussion before deployment.

Key features

Lead and communication automation

Trigger-based workflows can create tasks, send emails, run drip campaigns and issue reminders. WhatsApp templates and drip campaigns add a channel commonly used in property sales, while email marketing and SMS support broaden outbound campaigns. Lead routing, stage tracking and AI scoring help managers prioritise enquiries and distribute work; lead import reduces duplicate manual entry when campaigns generate volume.

Teams, listings and pipeline

Departments, teams, roles and permissions support structured handoffs, with performance scoring and target tracking for accountability. AIRE maps leads to listings and records visits, negotiations and closures, so a manager can see both agent activity and property progress. Each property can have a branded sharing page containing photos, video, AR/VR, masterplan and floor plans, an EMI calculator, documents and realtor contact details. That is useful for consistent buyer-facing presentation, but the practical value depends on maintaining accurate listing content.

Post-sale control and reporting

Dashboards and reports cover leads, revenue, listings, team performance, budgets and ROI. After a deal, payment tracking, reminders, cost-sheet generation, document templates, deal statuses, transaction history and audit logs extend the system beyond lead conversion. Built-in team chat supports sharing listings, documents and files. Role-based permissions, encrypted communication and activity logs provide the stated security controls for teams handling sensitive transactions.

Pricing

AIRE uses a freemium model with a free plan, pricing on request and a 14-day trial. The landing page says all plans include a free trial without a credit card; the app listing gives the trial as 14 days. No paid plan price is published, so budget comparison requires a quote.

Plan	Published allowance	Best fit
Free	Free plan	Trying the workflow before a commercial commitment
Starter	3 listings	Small operation with a tightly limited active inventory
Pro	10 listings	Growing team managing several concurrent properties
Ultimate	50 listings	Established agency or developer with broad inventory
Custom	Everything in Ultimate, custom development, on-premise deployment, enterprise SSO and advanced compliance	Organisations needing bespoke infrastructure or governance

The cheaper tiers trade inventory capacity for a lower operational footprint: three or 10 listings can constrain agencies with frequent launches, while Ultimate is the first published tier that accommodates 50. Because prices, seat allowances and renewal terms are not published, buyers should confirm those commercial terms and the exact free-plan limits during the quote.

Platforms

AIRE runs on Android and the web. That combination covers mobile work for agents and browser-based administration for managers, while teams standardised on iOS would need to verify device coverage before choosing it.

Who it's for

The product is aimed at agents and brokers, real-estate agencies and teams, developers, channel partners, franchise companies and property consultants. It is strongest where several people share lead ownership, listing information and follow-up responsibilities, and where post-sale payment or document tracking belongs in the same process. A solo consultant with a small inventory may find the broader team and reporting toolkit unnecessary, particularly if three-listing capacity is restrictive.

Pros and cons

Pros

Connected sales workflow: lead capture, routing, property matching and closure tracking stay in one pipeline.
Broad automation: trigger workflows, reminders, email, SMS and WhatsApp templates reduce repetitive follow-up.
Useful operational depth: payment tracking, cost sheets, document templates and audit logs continue after the sale.
Enterprise options: Custom adds on-premise deployment, SSO, compliance features and development work.

Cons

Inventory caps: Starter, Pro and Ultimate allow only three, 10 and 50 listings respectively.
Opaque paid pricing: published plan prices, seat terms and renewal conditions are unavailable, complicating budget approval.

Alternatives

Compare AIRE with the broader Real Estate CRM Software directory when you want to evaluate more products by workflow and plan structure.

Propwise is a freemium Android, iOS and web CRM with a free organisation workspace, core lead management and limited market intelligence; choose it when iOS access and a no-cost starting tier matter most.
eesy offers a free web tier for one agent and 50 contacts, making it a better fit for a very small operation that can live with basic pipeline tools.
UplevelRE uses paid web/API plans, including a $49-per-month platform and a separate $39-per-month marketing suite; consider it when modular marketing and API access are priorities.
REALM is a paid web extension with a $49-per-seat monthly EVE X plan; pick it when an intelligence layer over existing CRM, portals and inboxes is the preferred model.
LeadPixie has a free web, iOS and Android plan for teams up to 10 users with no time limit; it suits teams prioritising a generous user cap.
Lone Wolf Engage is a paid web product with a free trial; choose it when its relationship-focused approach is the deciding factor.
Realescout is an iOS and web paid platform with a seven-day preview and a $95 monthly Base plan; it is for buyers comfortable with a paid, credit-based model.
Realatic provides a free Android/web plan for three users, 100 leads per month and one project; choose it for a clearly capped, forever-free starter allowance.

Verdict

Choose AIRE if your real-estate team needs one system for multi-source leads, automated outreach, listing workflows and post-sale administration, and you can work within its listing tiers. Look elsewhere if you require published, easily comparable pricing, iOS support or inventory beyond 50 listings without entering a custom engagement.
