Overview

Amie brings AI meeting capture, task planning and calendar scheduling together for people whose workday is shaped by calls. It is best suited to users who want to turn meeting outcomes into a workable daily plan, rather than keep notes and scheduling in separate tools. Its strongest case is that connected workflow; its drawback is that paid-plan prices are custom pricing.

Key features

Amie creates meeting summaries and action items, and can record calls without a bot joining. It supports Zoom, Google Meet, Slack Huddle and Microsoft Teams, which is useful for people who move between providers. Language coverage is broad: 17 languages include speaker labeling, while 82 more are supported without it. If attribution matters, that difference is important.

Amie links call action items with to-dos, then uses AI to schedule the day and adjust it when plans change. Calendar sync, recurring tasks and focus sessions give that planning workflow more structure. The AI assistant can draft emails, create or update meetings, rewrite summaries, create mind maps and create Linear tickets. Integrations or exports include Google and Apple Calendar, Gmail, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio and Linear.

This breadth is valuable when meeting follow-through and scheduling belong in the same routine, but may be more than someone needs from a straightforward calendar or note taker. For help, feature requests, bug reports or integration requests, Amie directs users to email care@amie.so.

Pricing

Amie is freemium, with a Free plan at no cost and a 7-day free trial. Yearly billing gets 20% off. Pro and Business are billed monthly as an option and have custom pricing; both include unlimited Google and Apple calendars, to-do lists, to-do integrations and meeting notes. Those uncapped allowances suit heavier use, but without a published price it is harder to judge whether either paid tier fits a budget.

The Free plan gives cost-conscious users a way to start, but the plan limits and feature differences from Pro and Business are not established, so it is not possible to say which capabilities are reserved for paid use. The trial lasts seven days, a short window for evaluating whether the connected meeting-to-schedule workflow fits an ordinary workweek.

Platforms

Amie is available on iOS, macOS and Windows. That mix covers mobile and desktop use across Apple and Windows devices, though Android is not among its supported platforms.

Who it's for

Amie makes the most sense for people with frequent calls who want summaries and action items to feed directly into to-dos and daily scheduling. The integrations and Linear ticket creation also make it relevant to users who coordinate work across calendars, messaging, notes, CRM tools and project tracking. Those seeking a basic calendar, a standalone meeting recorder or a clearly priced team purchase may find its broad workflow unnecessary or difficult to assess.

Pros and cons

Pro: Meeting summaries and action items connect to to-dos and schedule adjustments, reducing the gap between discussion and planning.
Pro: Recording without a bot joining and support for four named call providers make it adaptable to different meeting setups.
Pro: The assistant handles several workday tasks, from drafting email to creating Linear tickets, while paid plans offer unlimited calendars, lists, integrations and meeting notes.
Con: Speaker labeling covers 17 languages, not the additional 82 supported languages, which limits attribution for multilingual teams.
Con: Pro and Business use custom pricing, making paid-plan cost comparisons difficult.
Con: There is no Android platform support, and the Free plan's caps are not established.

Alternatives

For a different balance of scheduling controls, consider FlowSavvy: its Basic plan spells out limits of one scheduling-hours profile, three repeating auto-scheduled tasks, five task lists and a two-week auto-scheduling range, while its Pro plan is 14.00 USD per mon. Choose it when those explicit task and scheduling limits are a more useful basis for deciding than Amie's meeting-centered workflow.

Reclaim AI is a freemium alternative with a Lite plan at no cost forever, capped at one user, a one-week scheduling range, one calendar sync, one scheduling link and five AI agents. It suits readers who want a free option with defined scheduling limits. DayWise offers a free Android plan with manual scheduling and core task management; it is a fit when Android access and manual planning matter more than Amie's meeting capture.

Routine has a free-forever plan with three integrations, three custom databases and 250 AI credits. It is worth considering when those database and integration allowances are a better match. Trevor AI offers a free plan for one calendar account and a Pro plan at 6.00 USD per month, paid monthly, with multiple calendar accounts; it suits users prioritizing a stated monthly price and multiple calendars.

Open Sunsama is free for personal use, with commercial use subject to conditions, making it an option for personal-use users comfortable with those terms. General Bots Calendar is free and self-hosted, with unlimited users and operations and no per-user licensing fees, a more relevant choice for organizations seeking to run a calendar on their own infrastructure. KerrOS Calendar has a Pro plan at 20.00 USD per month, billed monthly, with hybrid cloud deployment and enterprise connectors; consider it when those deployment and connector features matter more than meeting notes and AI scheduling.

Verdict

Choose Amie if meetings regularly generate tasks and you want those outcomes carried into an AI-adjusted daily schedule, with calendar, task and work apps connected around that process. Look elsewhere if you need Android support, language-level speaker labeling beyond its 17 labeled languages, or a paid plan with a clear price before committing.
