Overview

Reclaim 2.0 brings a full calendar, Planner, AI Assistant, and background Agents into one service. Two-way sync with Google Calendar and Outlook lets Reclaim work alongside those calendars rather than replace them. Shared calendars, scheduling links, and video meeting support give it a role in team coordination as well as individual planning.

Preview Mode stages changes made through the AI Assistant or MCP integrations for review before they reach the live calendar. That extra check matters for users who want automation but do not want unreviewed edits to rearrange their schedule. Reclaim supports MCP clients including ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Copilot, and Gemini.

Key features

Schedule planning: Time blocking and background Agents are intended to align calendar time with priorities. The number of Agents varies considerably by tier, making plan choice relevant for anyone relying on them heavily.
Calendar and meeting coordination: Shared calendars, scheduling links, and video meeting support make Reclaim more useful for coordinating with others than a private task list alone.
Integrations: Connections include Slack, Jira, Asana, Google Tasks, Todoist, ClickUp, Linear, Zoom, Raycast, and webhooks, alongside Google Calendar and Outlook. This breadth can connect scheduling to work tools; users should still check that their preferred services are included.
Preview Mode: AI Assistant and MCP changes are staged before application. It provides a human review point rather than automatic, unchecked calendar edits.

Pricing

Reclaim uses freemium pricing and offers a 14-day trial. The free Lite plan is free, billed free forever, for one user. Its caps are a one-week scheduling range, one Calendar Sync, one Scheduling Link, and five AI Agents. It is a reasonable way to try a personal workflow, but the short range and single-link allowance limit ongoing use for people with more demanding schedules.

Starter costs 12.00 USD per month, billed monthly, and supports up to 10 seats. It extends the scheduling range to eight weeks and includes three Calendar Syncs, three Scheduling Links, and 10 AI Agents per seat. This is the practical step up for a small team or an individual who has outgrown Lite, though sync and link allowances remain finite.

Business costs 18.00 USD per month, billed monthly, for up to 100 seats, a 12-week scheduling range, unlimited Calendar Syncs and Scheduling Links, and 100 AI Agents per seat. The higher tier makes sense for teams that need those expanded quotas; its listed monthly price is higher while the seat cap is also much larger. Enterprise has custom pricing, unlimited users across a domain, and a 12-week scheduling range. It is aimed at organization-wide deployment, but requires a pricing conversation rather than offering a fixed listed rate.

Platforms

Reclaim is primarily a web app and can be installed as a Progressive Web App through Chrome or Safari. It has no native iOS or Android app, although its web app is designed to be mobile-friendly. That is a workable compromise for users comfortable using a browser on the go, but a poor fit for anyone who requires a dedicated phone app.

Who it's for

Reclaim suits individuals and teams that already use Google Calendar or Outlook and want to translate priorities into scheduled time, coordinate calendars, and connect planning with work tools. Its Preview Mode is especially relevant to people willing to use AI assistance but wanting to approve changes first. Users who need native mobile apps or only want a simple task list should look elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Pro: Preview Mode lets users review AI Assistant and MCP changes before they affect the live calendar.
Pro: Calendar sync, shared calendars, time blocking, scheduling links, and video meeting support cover both personal scheduling and coordination.
Pro: The free plan provides a no-cost entry point, while paid tiers expand scheduling range, seats, syncs, links, and Agent quotas.
Con: Lite is limited to one user, a one-week range, one sync, one link, and five Agents, so it may not sustain more involved workflows.
Con: There are no native iOS or Android apps; mobile use depends on the web experience.
Con: Starter still caps calendar syncs and scheduling links at three each, while Enterprise pricing is custom rather than fixed.

Alternatives

FlowSavvy is worth considering for users who want Android or iOS apps; its free Basic plan includes three repeating auto-scheduled tasks and a two-week scheduling range, while Pro costs 14.00 USD per month.
DayWise offers an Android option with a free plan for manual scheduling and core task management; it is a simpler fit for users who do not need Reclaim's calendar workflow.
Routine is a broader-platform alternative, with apps for Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, web, and Windows. Its free plan includes three integrations, three custom databases, and 250 AI credits.
Trevor AI may suit web-only users seeking a lower-priced paid plan: its Pro Plan costs 6.00 USD per month and supports multiple calendar accounts.
Open Sunsama is a free option for personal use, with hosted and self-hosted availability across several platforms; commercial use requires a commercial arrangement.
General Bots Calendar is a free self-hosted alternative for users who want unlimited users and operations without per-user licensing fees.
Sunsama is a paid alternative with a listed Pro plan at 17.00 USD per year and unlimited usage, integrations, and AI, MCP, and Zapier.
Mynor AI is another paid option.

Verdict

Choose Reclaim if you use Google Calendar or Outlook and want AI-assisted time planning, shared scheduling, and a chance to review proposed changes before they go live. The free tier is useful for a limited personal setup, while Starter and Business add room for teams and larger quotas. Look elsewhere if a native phone app is essential, or if Lite's tight caps and Enterprise's custom pricing do not suit your needs.
