Overview

The platform spans residential rentals and sales, commercial leases and sales, and professional workflows. Listings sit alongside lead capture and CRM, deal pipelines, e-signatures, documents, commissions, invoices, and team management. That range makes ConnectLinx a fit for operators seeking a shared workflow from prospect to transaction, rather than a simple property-search destination.

Eligible listings can be distributed to portals and partners including Zillow, Rentals.com, Trulia, and Realtor.com. ConnectLinx says it does not charge a marketplace fee for each lead, which can help teams avoid per-lead marketplace charges. Distribution is limited to eligible listings, and plan quotas still determine how much inventory a team can manage.

Key features

Showing tools cover self-booking, approvals, lockbox access, reminders, and post-showing feedback. For agents and leasing teams, that combination can keep access coordination and follow-up within the property workflow instead of splitting them across separate steps.

Transaction records track commissions and splits, invoices, expenses, payments, profit and loss, and 1099-ready records. This breadth is useful to brokers and operators who need transaction finances organized alongside deals, though it does not replace the need to check whether a plan has enough users and listing capacity for the business.

Connect AI can assist with listings, leads, showings, deals, documents, marketing, and operations; account access is also available through ChatGPT Apps. Google Drive files and signed PDFs can be connected to listings or transactions, with Google Docs and Drive among the platform's recently verified capabilities. These integrations extend the workflow across tools, while the core appeal remains the combination of marketplace and operations features.

Lead routing is supported. New accounts require email confirmation, at least one accepted verification method, and administrator review; additional documents or a live call may be requested. That process may suit a business-oriented marketplace, but it adds a step before a new user can get started.

Pricing

ConnectLinx has a free plan and paid plans beginning at $59/mo. Plans set limits on agent users, active listings, and listing units, so the right tier depends on both team size and inventory rather than price alone.

Plan	Price	Capacity
Free	Free	1 agent user, 1 active listing, up to 4 units or spaces
Agent	59.00 USD per month	2 agent users, 4 active listings, 10 listing units
Team	129.00 USD per month	5 agent users, 20 active listings, 100 listing units
Brokerage	249.00 USD per month	15 agent users, 100 active listings, 500 listing units
Enterprise	599.00 USD per month	Unlimited agent users, 200 active listings, 1,000 listing units

Free is a practical starting point for a solo operator testing a single active listing, but its one-user and four-unit ceiling leaves little room for a growing portfolio. Agent raises capacity to two users and four listings, a sensible step for a small partnership. Team and Brokerage increase inventory and seats for expanding operations; Enterprise removes the agent-user cap but still limits active listings to 200 and listing units to 1,000. Each paid tier's value therefore depends on whether its specific capacity matches the business.

Platforms

ConnectLinx is available on the web and through an API. The API makes it relevant to organizations that need platform access through integrations, while the web offering serves teams working in a browser.

Who it's for

Agents, brokers, landlords, property managers, owners, investors, commercial and leasing teams, and real estate operators are the intended audience. It is best suited to people handling listings alongside showings, deal administration, and financial records. A consumer who only wants to browse apartments or homes is unlikely to need this operational scope.

Pros and cons

Broad property and transaction coverage: listings, CRM, showings, deal workflows, documents, commissions, and financial records share one platform, useful for teams coordinating the full operating process.
No per-lead marketplace fee: ConnectLinx says it does not charge for each lead, which avoids that particular variable cost.
Constrained entry plans: Free allows one user and one active listing; even Agent is capped at two users and four listings, which can push a growing team to a higher tier.
Account approval takes extra steps: verification and administrator review, with possible requests for documents or a live call, may slow onboarding.

ConnectLinx says it uses industry-standard security measures. Square processes billing, and ConnectLinx says it does not store full card numbers. Questions about listings, billing, partnerships, verification, and support can be directed through its contact form.

Alternatives

For a broader comparison, browse Real Estate Marketplace Software or Real Estate CRM Software.

WREX is worth considering for buyers and sellers seeking free property listings, or for an individual agent comparing its $19.99 per month single-user plan. PadMapper is a free alternative for apartment search and listing features across web and mobile.

Investra offers free starter plans for developers and agents. Openfront Law Firm is another freemium option with API, self-hosted, and web platforms. Nipige Real Estate & Property, Tamaranga, PazaryeriSoft Real Estate Listing Software, and R Prop are other options to compare.

Verdict

ConnectLinx is a strong fit for real estate professionals who want listings, showing coordination, deal administration, and transaction finances in one operating platform. Its per-lead fee policy and range of workflows are compelling; its tight entry-plan quotas and account approval process are the main reasons to look elsewhere, especially if a small team expects to grow its inventory quickly.
