Overview

FlowSavvy’s hybrid approach combines task planning with automatic calendar scheduling. It schedules only tasks with Auto-Schedule enabled and says it leaves calendar events untouched, so appointments stay outside its scheduling decisions. That distinction makes it a good fit for people who want help organizing work without handing over control of their existing calendar events.

Calendar sync supports Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar and iCloud Calendar. Connections for task and automation workflows include Todoist, Claude, MCP, the public API and Zapier. The API is available only on Pro. FlowSavvy says it uses encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls and regularly updated systems; it also says it collects only the data needed to provide its service and does not sell personal information or use it to train AI models.

Key features

Scheduling with room for user control

Users can set scheduling hours, priorities, due dates and task dependencies, then drag an auto-scheduled task to lock it in place. This makes the automation more useful than a fixed schedule when priorities shift: let flexible tasks move while protecting a slot chosen manually. Recurring tasks are supported, though Basic limits them to three auto-scheduled repeating tasks.

Calendar connections and access

FlowSavvy connects to the major calendar services Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar and iCloud Calendar, with Todoist, Claude, MCP, API and Zapier among its other integrations. It is available on Android, iOS and the web. Its Progressive Web App can also be installed as a standalone desktop app in supported browsers, but it has no offline mode. That internet dependency is a real drawback for travel, unreliable connections or anyone who needs to plan away from a network.

The calendar view is also limited: there are no month or year views. People who plan at a high level across several weeks or need a broad annual overview may find FlowSavvy too focused on the near-term schedule.

Pricing

FlowSavvy is freemium, with a free plan, a 7-day trial and paid access from $10/user/mo (annual). The published Pro plan costs 14.00 USD per month, billed monthly. Its broader range and unlimited controls make Pro the practical choice for people managing many recurring tasks or several kinds of working hours.

Plan	Price	What it includes	Best suited to
Free	Free	One scheduling-hours profile, three repeating auto-scheduled tasks, five task lists and a two-week auto-scheduling range. Help articles for support.	Individuals trying out automated scheduling with a small task load.
Basic	Custom pricing	One scheduling-hours profile, three repeating auto-scheduled tasks, five task lists and a two-week auto-scheduling range.	People who can work within those caps and want a paid option below Pro.
Pro	14.00 USD per month, billed monthly	Eight-week auto-scheduling range, unlimited scheduling-hours profiles, repeating auto-scheduled tasks and task lists, plus priorities, dependencies and API/MCP/Zapier. Includes 24/7 AI assistant support and email and chat support.	People who need longer-range scheduling, fewer task caps or custom automations.

Free and Basic share the same listed caps, so neither is suited to users who need more than three repeating auto-scheduled tasks, five task lists or a single scheduling-hours profile. Pro removes those limits and extends the scheduling range from two to eight weeks. Its monthly billing is clear; the separate starting price is annual, so readers comparing costs should not treat those terms as interchangeable.

Platforms

FlowSavvy runs on Android, iOS and the web. The web app can be installed as a standalone desktop app in supported browsers, but there is no offline mode, and the service requires an internet connection.

Who it's for

FlowSavvy is aimed at busy individuals who want a changing task list translated into a workable calendar without team or enterprise tooling. It is especially apt for people whose priorities and workload shift during the week and who want to set constraints while allowing eligible tasks to move. It is a weaker choice for users who need offline access, month or year views, or a team-oriented planning product.

Pros and cons

Pros

Automatically schedules and reschedules enabled tasks, while leaving calendar events untouched.
Scheduling hours, priorities, due dates, dependencies and task locking give users control over what moves and when.
Calendar sync and integrations cover Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, iCloud Calendar, Todoist, Claude, MCP, API and Zapier.
Pro offers an eight-week horizon, unlimited task lists and repeating tasks, and custom-automation connections.

Cons

An internet connection is required, with no offline mode for planning away from connectivity.
No month or year views makes longer-range calendar review less convenient.
Free and Basic cap users at three repeating auto-scheduled tasks, five task lists and one scheduling-hours profile, with just a two-week scheduling range.
The public API and API/MCP/Zapier integrations are Pro-only.

Alternatives

Consider Tiimo if selected planning tools and iOS or Android apps suit you better than a web-included free plan; its free plan excludes the web app.

Griply is worth comparing if you want a free plan with unlimited tasks alongside caps on goals, habits, projects and smart lists.

Choose Reclaim AI if its free Lite plan’s one-user, one-week scheduling range and single calendar sync better match your needs.

Week Plan offers a free Lite plan with basic planner features and High Impact Tasks; its Ultimate plan is 8.67 USD per month, billed annually.

Consider Routine if a free-forever plan with three integrations, three custom databases and 250 AI credits is a better fit.

LiveIt has a free plan described as complete for everyday use, with unlimited items and entries.

Yoodoo is another option if a free visual time-blocking timeline, smart to-do lists, focus timer and routines and habit tracking appeal to you.

Sunsama is worth comparing if you are comfortable with a paid product and want its Pro plan’s unlimited usage, integrations and AI, MCP and Zapier.

Verdict

FlowSavvy is a strong choice for individuals who want tasks automatically fitted around calendar events, with enough controls to protect priorities and manually chosen slots. Its task-only scheduling and Pro’s expanded horizon are compelling reasons to choose it. Look elsewhere if offline access or month and year views matter, or if the free and Basic caps are too restrictive for your workload.
