Overview

Deskie brings coworking operations, member services, and workspace finances into one platform. It is best suited to operators who want one system for bookings, access, billing, and communication. Its breadth is a strength, but the $49/mo Starter plan is limited to spaces with 15 members or fewer.

Operators can manage membership plans, assignments, passes, events, assets, bookable resources, floor layouts, and fractional offices, alongside check-ins, tours, waitlists, schedules, staff tasks, time clock, and teams. That range can suit spaces with varied booking and staffing needs; operators should compare it with the plan limits before committing. Deskie says it was built by coworking operators. Product documentation is available, and users who need help are directed to contact support.

Key features

Space and operations

Deskie combines workspace inventory with daily operating tasks. Resource bookings, floor layouts, and fractional offices support different ways to allocate space, while tours, check-ins, waitlists, schedules, and staff tools cover member intake and routine coordination. The breadth is useful for operators seeking a shared operating system, though the Starter member cap may rule it out for larger communities.

Communication and finance

Members and staff can use direct and group messages, a private feed, support tickets, a shared inbox, newsletters, mail logging, and documents with e-signing. Automated invoicing, payments, expense tracking, credits, coupons, promotions, reports, and point of sale extend the platform into finance. This combination may reduce tool fragmentation for a coworking operator; the range may be more than a small space needs.

Integrations, payments, and access

Deskie lists Stripe for payments and Kisi, UniFi Access, and Deskie Access for door control. Each workspace connects its own Stripe account, and payments flow directly to that workspace rather than through Deskie. That arrangement keeps payment receipt with the workspace, while operators must connect and manage their own Stripe account.

Mobile and branded apps

Native iOS and Android apps are described as providing the same experience as the web product. Operators can also pay for a white-label member app that supports bookings, door unlocking, invoice payments, and push notifications. Deskie handles builds, updates, and store submissions, while the operator gets its own App Store and Google Play listings; this is a distinct monthly cost on top of the core platform.

Pricing

Deskie is paid software with no free plan and a 7-day free trial. The trial gives operators a short window to assess the platform before paying.

Plan	Price	What it includes and who it suits
Starter	$49/mo	For spaces with 15 members or less. It is the lowest-cost entry point, but the member cap makes it unsuitable once a space grows beyond that size.
Core	$99/mo	One location, unlimited members, every feature, and unlimited integrations. This is the clearer fit for operators who need the full feature set or have more than 15 members at one location.
White-Label App	$100/month, flat	A customized member app with the operator's own App Store and Google Play listings; Deskie handles builds, updates, and submissions. It addresses branded member access, rather than replacing the need for an appropriate core plan.

Starter's lower price comes with a strict member ceiling, while Core removes the member limit for one location and includes every feature and unlimited integrations. Operators needing their own branded app should account for the separate $100/month charge.

Platforms

Deskie is available on web, macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android. The native mobile apps are intended to match the web experience, and the optional branded member app adds bookings, door unlocking, invoice payments, and push notifications.

Who it's for

Deskie is aimed at coworking space operators, flex-office managers, and shared workspace providers, from single-location spaces to multi-site portfolios. Its combination of member management, space allocation, communication, and finance is most compelling for operators who want those functions together. Smaller spaces can start with Starter if they have 15 members or fewer; a larger one-location community can use Core's unlimited-member allowance. The listed Core plan covers one location, so operators with multiple sites should confirm a suitable plan before choosing it.

Pros and cons

Pros

Broad operational coverage: bookings, access control, billing, communications, staff workflows, and workspace allocation sit in one platform.
Core includes unlimited members and integrations: the $99/mo plan can accommodate a growing one-location space without Starter's member ceiling.
Workspace payments go directly to the operator: each workspace connects its own Stripe account, rather than routing payments through Deskie.
Branded app support is handled end to end: Deskie manages builds, updates, and store submissions for the optional member app.

Cons

Starter is capped at 15 members: it is not a gradual path for a space that expects to grow beyond that limit.
The branded app adds a separate $100/month: operators seeking branded member access need to budget beyond the core subscription.
Core is listed for one location: multi-site operators should establish which plan fits their portfolio before relying on the advertised Core inclusions.
No free plan: evaluation is limited to the 7-day trial before a paid subscription.

Alternatives

Coworking Space Management Software is a broader directory for comparing options in this category.
Proximity may fit operators focused on digital door access: its $99.00 USD per month plan is per coworking-space location, supports Proximity Open, Brivo, SALTO, or Kisi integrations, and requires separate hardware.
Spacebring is another paid coworking platform to compare; its listed $11.00 USD per month Custom MAIL FROM add-on sends transactional email from a branded email address.
Cobot may suit operators needing external bookings: its $19.00 USD per month add-on includes unlimited bookings and resources, and is free for 30 days.
Hamlet offers a $350.00 AUD per month base plan for one location and unlimited members, billed monthly with 30 days' notice to cancel; prices exclude GST.
Loka offers a Starter plan at 599 000 sum / month for up to 20 rentable rooms, which may suit operators evaluating room-based limits.
ofyse offers a $129/mo plan for one location and up to 50 members, with bookings, resources, floor plans, invoicing, and recurring billing.
Optix offers an Essentials plan billed yearly at $197 USD/mo, with 50 active users, 100 automation actions, and one location included; two locations are supported.
Coves offers a $204 per month Business plan with 100 monthly active users, one location included, and a two-month minimum commitment.

Verdict

Deskie is a strong fit for coworking and flex-office operators who want member management, bookings, access, communication, and finances in one system. Its strongest case is the breadth of the Core plan, including unlimited members and integrations for one location at $99/mo. Look elsewhere if a 15-member Starter cap is too restrictive, if the separate branded-app fee does not fit the budget, or if your multi-site needs require a plan beyond the listed one-location Core offer.
