Overview

REALM links contacts, leads, pipelines and transaction activity, keeping email, text and calls in one thread for each client and transaction. That unified record can reduce handoffs between sales and transaction systems. Every transaction has a shared Room that clients, co-op agents, lenders and title parties can enter by link without an account, password or app, removing a common collaboration barrier.

EVE can answer leads, prepare documents, track transactions, draft follow-ups and record the actions it took against the information it read. Suggest, Guided and Autopilot modes let a team choose the degree of delegation. Offers, pricing, contracts, financing, legal questions, complaints and opt-outs always route to a human, a sensible safeguard for consequential decisions.

Key features

CRM, communications and marketing

Lead import, speed-to-lead routing, automated nurture and property matching sit alongside unified email, text and calling. Marketing Studio drafts and schedules listing and brand content, imports Google reviews, and supplies an agent website with built-in lead capture and analytics. Lead routing and nurture are useful for teams that need consistent response handling; the website and marketing functions make the platform more than a transaction database.

Transactions, security and administration

REALM combines transaction management, compliance and e-signature with shared pipelines, visibility, reporting, templates and adjustable seats. REALM Sign offers unlimited envelopes, AI field placement, certificates and tamper seals. Sealed Vault objects use write-once compliance storage, SSE-KMS and daily integrity checks; immutable, hash-chained audit records support accountability. TLS, AES-256 document encryption, encrypted databases, hardware-backed key management, a separate-zone standby, failover and point-in-time backups address operational resilience.

Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Teams, QuickBooks, Xero, lead sources and Zapier integrations connect existing workflows. The Apps directory uses organization API keys and signed webhooks, allowing connected tools to read and write the same transaction record. Support combines guides and answers with human help when needed.

Pricing

There is no free plan. A 14-day trial is offered, and the entry-level published price is from $15 per user per month.

EVE X: $49 per seat per month for the EVE intelligence layer, daily briefing, contact memory and drafted replies and follow-ups across Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Gmail and Outlook. Choose it when you want assistance without moving your core systems.
REALM AGENT: $249 per seat per month, covering transactions, compliance, e-signature, EVE Talk, CRM, Connect, nurture, Marketing Studio, website, Home Reports and mobile app. It is aimed at an individual running the whole business on REALM; the price is substantial for a solo operator.
REALM TEAM: volume-priced seats: $179 for 2–9 agents, $149 for 10–24, $109 for 25–99 and $79 for 100+ agents. Shared pipeline and lead routing make these tiers relevant to growing teams, with lower per-seat rates at larger sizes.
REALM BROKER: $99 per seat for 1–24 agents, $79 for 25–99 and $59 for 100+ agents, plus a $499 monthly platform fee. A separate FAQ gives different broker seat figures ($179, $149, $79 and $59 for the same ranges) and says no platform fee, so buyers should reconcile the applicable quote before committing.
REALM Sign: $15 per user per month for standalone e-signature and unlimited envelopes. It suits organizations needing signing without the broader suite.
EVE Talk: $99 per month for lead answers, qualification, appointment booking and email from day one; SMS starts after REALM number provisioning.

Platforms

REALM is delivered through web and browser extension, with a mobile app included in the full agent offering. EVE X operates over the CRM, portals and inboxes already in use. The full platform launches in Arizona and California, while EVE X works anywhere today; the security page currently describes platform availability for Arizona-based agents and brokerages.

Who it's for

REALM is strongest for brokerages and teams that want one record spanning lead response, marketing, transactions, compliance and signing, with explicit human routing for sensitive work. Agents who already rely on Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Gmail or Outlook may prefer EVE X. It is less suitable for buyers needing a free tier, broad current geographic availability or a simple, unambiguous broker bill.

Pros and cons

Pros: One thread unifies email, text and calls; Rooms admit outside parties without accounts; EVE offers three autonomy levels with mandatory human escalation; security controls include immutable storage, audit trails and daily integrity checks; integrations and API access support existing systems.
Cons: No free plan; full access starts at a high per-seat price; broker pricing is presented inconsistently and may add a $499 monthly platform fee; full-platform availability is geographically limited; SMS in EVE Talk depends on number provisioning.

Alternatives

Choose Real Estate CRM Software when you want to compare CRM-focused products. Real Estate Transaction Management Software is the better starting point for transaction-first requirements, while CRM Software covers broader CRM choices.

Propwise is preferable for a free organisation workspace with core CRM and lead management on Android, iOS and web. eesy suits a small operation wanting a free one-agent plan capped at 50 contacts. UplevelRE offers a $49 monthly platform plan and a separate $39 marketing suite. AIRE provides free-plan listing tiers, while LeadPixie has a no-time-limit free plan for teams up to 10 users. Lone Wolf Engage is an alternative relationship product with a free trial. Realescout is worth considering for iOS and web users who prefer credit-based plans, and Realatic offers a free tier capped at three users, 100 leads per month and one project.

Verdict

Choose REALM if your team wants CRM, transactions, compliance, marketing and AI delegation in one controlled system, especially where shared Rooms and auditability matter. Look elsewhere if you need a free starting point, nationwide platform availability today or pricing that is straightforward without broker-tier discrepancies.
