Overview

eesy brings clients, listings, deals, tasks and a calendar into one CRM, with configurable sales stages and buyer-to-listing matching. Lead import, routing, automated follow-up, email marketing and an included website extend it beyond contact management. That breadth is useful for agencies trying to coordinate the path from new enquiry to completed sale, though the cost is harder to justify if the team needs only a basic pipeline.

The client portal gives buyers and sellers an eight-milestone progress timeline, real-time chat, documents, a sale summary, visit log and digital signing. It can keep client updates alongside the agency’s internal workflow, making eesy a stronger fit for firms that want a shared service experience than for agents seeking a lightweight database.

Key features

CRM and AI

Configurable stages let an agency shape its pipeline, while lead routing and automated follow-up help manage incoming prospects. The maker describes 14 AI modules, including deal scoring, churn prediction, email drafting, virtual staging, photo enhancement and floor-plan redrawing. Team adds the full AI suite; Starter includes AI property descriptions, so the cheaper paid tier gives up much of the broader AI toolkit.

eesy says it selects among GPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok for different tasks. It also says personally identifiable information is stripped before prompts leave a tenant when the task allows, and that outputs are stored against the original record. This offers a defined approach to AI data handling, though the privacy measure is conditional on the task.

Client workflow and integrations

The portal combines progress tracking with chat, documents, visit records and signing. Google Calendar sync begins on Starter, while Stripe is included in the platform overview. Agencies that need a connected client journey may find this more useful than a CRM focused only on internal sales activity.

Security, language and onboarding

eesy says all plans include GDPR compliance and SSL encryption. Its CRM page describes EU data hosting, row-level company isolation and audit trails. The maker says the platform supports 24 languages, with the CRM translated into all 24 official EU languages. Migration assistance is included, and onboarding takes 10–15 days; that may help agencies moving established records, though the stated onboarding window requires planning.

Pricing

The free plan is free, billed monthly, and is limited to one agent and 50 contacts. It includes core CRM, a basic pipeline and email support. It is a narrow way to start, but the contact cap and single seat make it unsuitable for a working multi-agent agency.

Starter costs €295.00 per month, billed monthly. It removes the contact limit and adds full CRM and pipeline, email, SMS and notes, AI property descriptions, the client portal and Google Calendar sync. This is the entry point for an agent or small operation that needs the complete CRM workflow, but it does not include the full AI suite, VoIP or BI dashboard.

Team costs €395.00 per month, billed monthly. It adds VoIP softphone, the full AI suite, BI dashboard, virtual staging and photos, and floor-plan conversion to Starter. The extra €100 per month is most relevant to teams that will use those calling, analytics and visual tools; otherwise Starter keeps the core client workflow at a lower price.

Business costs €495.00 per month, billed monthly. It adds an AI caller, call routing and queues, a white-label portal, agent public profiles and custom onboarding. This tier is aimed at agencies that need branded client-facing tools and more structured call handling, rather than teams that only need the CRM and portal.

Enterprise has custom pricing and includes everything in Business, plus SSO and SAML, custom integrations, an SLA and uptime guarantee, dedicated infrastructure and volume licensing. Those additions are geared to large organisations with integration, identity or infrastructure requirements.

A 14-day trial is offered. eesy is currently invitation-only, so prospective customers must request access before they can proceed.

Platforms

eesy is available on the web. That provides a browser-based option for agency workflows; no mobile platform is specified.

Who it's for

eesy’s plans target solo agents, teams of 2–10, agencies scaling beyond 10 and large organisations. The free plan can serve as a limited single-agent starting point. Starter suits users who need unlimited contacts and the core CRM plus portal, while Team and Business make more sense when their additional AI, analytics, calling or branding tools will be used regularly. Firms that want only a low-cost CRM, or need to start using a service without requesting access, should look elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Pros: CRM, lead management, communications and client portal sit in one platform, reducing the need to stitch together separate agency workflows.
Pros: The portal includes progress tracking, chat, documents and digital signing, giving clients a defined place to follow a transaction.
Pros: The higher tiers add a substantial AI suite, BI dashboard and visual tools, with enterprise features for larger organisations.
Cons: Paid plans start at €295.00 per month, which is a steep entry point for agents who need only basic CRM functions.
Cons: The free plan is capped at one agent and 50 contacts, limiting its use as an ongoing agency system.
Cons: Access is invitation-only, adding a step before an interested agency can get started.

Alternatives

Choose Propwise if a free, organisation-based CRM with core lead management, pipeline and task tools is a better starting point; its free plan also includes limited market intelligence and it supports Android, iOS and web.

UplevelRE is an alternative for buyers comparing a paid platform with separate marketing options; its Platform plan is $49.00 USD per month for one user, and Marketing Suite is $39.00 USD per month for 1,000 campaign emails.

Choose REALM if you want an intelligence layer that works over the CRM, portals and inboxes you already use; EVE X is $49.00 USD per seat per month.

AIRE is another real estate CRM option.

Choose LeadPixie if a free web and mobile option for a team of up to 10 users fits your needs; its free plan has no time limit.

Realescout is another paid real estate platform option.

Realatic is another freemium real estate platform option.

Propzo is another freemium real estate platform option.

Verdict

eesy is best suited to agencies that want CRM, communications, client updates and AI tools in one system, with plans that extend from solo agents to large organisations. Its strongest reason to choose it is the combination of internal pipeline management and a detailed client portal. The main reason to look elsewhere is the high paid entry price, compounded by invitation-only access; smaller firms should weigh whether they will use enough of the platform to justify it.
