Overview

Players can find nearby clubs and book courts through the web portal or app. Clubs can also use Eyes On Club alongside an existing booking or management system, making it a possible addition rather than a forced replacement. Its stated court coverage is tennis and padel, so facilities focused on other sports should consider a broader-fit alternative.

Key features

The Core scheduler filters sports sessions by activity, date, and time, while its dashboard brings operations, finances, and bookings into view. Club settings, reservation rules, user roles and records, medical-certificate management, and accounting reports extend the service beyond public reservations. That mix can suit clubs consolidating routine booking and administration, though advanced needs are separated into paid modules.

Plus adds dues management, multiple sporting activities in one interface, advanced accounting, and reservation controls. E-Payments can integrate a club's PayPal or Stripe account; those gateways may still charge transaction fees. Guest Manager tracks invitations and guest profiles and issues a unique code for checking each guest at entry. Group Courses covers course schedules, skill-level categories, participant registration, and space management.

Eyes On Live supports sharing live streams to major social networks and monetizing streams and highlights with sponsorship banners. The club must have Eyes On installed to use the integration. For clubs handling member data, the terms make the club responsible for processing personal information; Eyes Vision Srl acts as data processor and says it will take security measures appropriate to the risk.

Pricing

Core is free at no cost and includes court reservations through the booking portal and app. Membership management and online payment collection are supported, and the booking system charges no commission on reservations made through those channels. This gives clubs a way to offer reservations without a platform booking commission, but the free plan's stated scope should not be confused with the paid modules' added capabilities.

Plus, E-Payments, Guest Manager, and Group Courses are premium modules with predetermined costs. Clubs should price the specific modules they need before committing; no subscription or seat limits are stated for Core. Even with E-Payments, PayPal or Stripe may apply their own transaction fees.

Platforms

Eyes On Club is available on Android, iOS, and the web, giving players app and browser booking options and clubs multiple access points.

Who it's for

It fits tennis and padel clubs that want a no-commission booking channel paired with scheduling, member administration, and accounting reports, especially if they intend to keep existing systems in place. Clubs that need dues, advanced accounting, guest controls, or course management should compare the cost of those modules with an all-in-one alternative. Clubs centered on sports beyond tennis and padel are a weaker fit.

Pros and cons

Pros: Core is free and bookings through the portal or app carry no commission, reducing platform charges on those reservations.
Pros: Scheduler, operational dashboard, member records, medical-certificate management, and accounting reports cover several routine club tasks.
Pros: It can coexist with a club's current booking and management systems, lowering the need for an immediate replacement.
Cons: Dues management, advanced accounting, guest entry codes, and course administration require separate premium modules.
Cons: PayPal or Stripe transaction fees may still apply, and the stated court types are limited to tennis and padel.

Alternatives

Court Reservation Software is a useful starting point for comparing booking-focused options. Choose CourtBeam if its free plan's cap of two reservable court calendars and included groups, events, RSVP, and basic waitlists fit your club's needs. PlayRez is worth considering for tournament hosting; its free plan includes tournament features and deducts a flat $1 per paid signup.

Orhuk is an alternative with a free plan and a flat 3% per-transaction fee. PickLM offers approved clubs full feature access during its launch period at no charge, making it an option for clubs that qualify. ClubSpark may suit clubs preferring a paid membership-based plan; its Basic tier is 20.00 USD per month, billed annually, with a 12-month contract and a 150-member limit.

HomeCourt is a free web option with unlimited courts per location, online booking, payment collection, and revenue reports. Matchletic offers a free Starter tier for up to two listed courts, player discovery and matching, and basic booking management. OpenCourt is a paid alternative with a Growth plan at 199.00 USD per month when billed annually, or $249 per month billed monthly.

Verdict

Eyes On Club is a strong fit for tennis and padel clubs seeking free, commission-free reservations alongside practical scheduling and administrative tools. Its main appeal is that Core joins bookings with day-to-day operations without a booking commission. Look elsewhere if your club needs broader sport coverage or wants advanced functions without buying separate modules.
