Overview

Jiminny brings conversation intelligence and sales coaching into a single platform for revenue teams. It is best suited to organizations that want call and meeting records connected to sales activity; its year-long minimum commitment makes it a harder fit for teams that need a short-term or low-cost tool.

Its main advantage is the combination of automatic conversation notes with coaching and pipeline signals. The trade-off is that seat choice, a one-time setup fee, and the contract term all matter to the real cost.

Key features

Conversation capture and follow-up

Jiminny records, transcribes, and summarizes conversations, and can suggest action items. That can reduce the manual work of documenting calls for reps and give managers searchable material to review. Transcription supports more than 60 languages, which is useful for teams working across language markets.

Coaching and pipeline signals

Sales coaching insights, automated call scoring, AI-powered deal insights, and real-time alerts help managers focus on call quality and potential deal risks. These capabilities make Jiminny more than a recording archive, but teams need to act on the signals for them to improve coaching or pipeline decisions.

CRM connections and security

Jiminny offers native Salesforce and HubSpot apps, plus direct integrations with Zoho, Pipedrive, Close, Bullhorn, and Copper. Its integrations span calendar, CRM, dialer, sales tools, and video conferencing categories, giving teams several routes to connect conversation activity with their workflow.

Jiminny says it is SOC 2 Type II certified and complies with GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA. It encrypts data in transit and at rest, hosts on AWS, and lists SSO, two-factor authentication, granular permissions, disaster recovery, monitoring, and regular security testing among its controls. Customer Success, live chat, email support, a Knowledge Base, onboarding sessions, and training resources round out its support offering.

Pricing

Jiminny has a free plan and a 14-day trial with full features and no credit card required. Paid plans start at $42/user/mo, but the minimum contract is 12 months, even when billed monthly; annual billing is discounted. Paid plans also carry a one-time setup fee and no platform fee.

Insights Seat — 42.00 USD per month: For managers or coaches who review and act on data. The entry paid seat is aimed at oversight rather than reps recording calls.
Recording Seat — 83.00 USD per month: For reps who join and record calls. It costs more than an Insights Seat, so teams should match this seat to users who need recording rather than buying it for every reviewer.
Listener Seat — $0/month: For users who need transcripts and summaries. It provides a free way to extend access, but the MCP Connector is not available to Listener users.

The MCP Connector is available on the Scale and Grow tiers, so teams that need it should confirm their tier and user roles before choosing seats. The 14-day trial gives teams a short evaluation window, but it does not remove the minimum 12-month commitment on a paid plan.

Platforms

Jiminny supports Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and web, as well as an API and browser extension. That range accommodates desktop and mobile access alongside integration work.

Who it's for

Jiminny is a strong match for sales organizations that want to capture customer conversations, connect insights to a CRM, and use call scoring or deal alerts in coaching. The Insights and Listener seats can separate review access from rep recording needs. It is less compelling for teams that need only basic call tracking, cannot justify a one-time setup fee, or do not want a 12-month contract.

Pros and cons

Pros: Automatic recording, transcription, summaries, and suggested action items reduce manual follow-up work.
Pros: Coaching insights, call scoring, deal insights, and real-time alerts connect conversation records to management decisions.
Pros: A $0/month Listener Seat and a 14-day full-feature trial provide low-cost ways to assess or extend access.
Cons: Paid plans require a 12-month minimum, limiting flexibility for teams unsure of long-term need.
Cons: A one-time setup fee adds an upfront cost alongside seat pricing.
Cons: Connector availability depends on Scale or Grow tier and excludes Listener users.

Verdict

Choose Jiminny if your revenue team needs conversation records tied to CRM activity and wants coaching and deal signals alongside them. Its breadth of capture, analysis, and CRM connections is the case for choosing it; the 12-month minimum and setup fee are the reasons to look elsewhere if flexibility or upfront cost matters more.
