Overview

UplevelRE is an AI-first real estate platform that combines CRM, communications, marketing, and website tools. It is best suited to agents and brokerages that want lead management and follow-up in one workspace. Its broad toolkit is a draw, but the cost depends on which modules, seats, and usage allowances you need.

Key features

The CRM brings contacts, deals, pipelines, smart lists, communications, listing views, and tasks into client records. That gives agents a place to track both relationships and work in progress, rather than relying on a basic contact list. Email, texts, and call history appear in a unified client thread, with two-way Gmail sync; this is useful for keeping conversations together, though the phone and messaging module is separately priced.

Visual workflows can respond to new leads, wait, branch on replies, and continue nurturing them. This suits agents and teams with repeatable follow-up steps; it is less compelling if each lead requires a different, mostly manual process. Ask Jan uses workspace context to answer questions and draft communications, but messages are not sent without user approval, keeping final control with the agent.

The Marketing Suite provides agent and listing websites, automated listing alerts, bulk SMS, and bulk email campaigns and drips. Lead import, routing, and property matching support the broader lead-to-client workflow. MLS data syncing requires verified membership in each market, and MLS & IDX is an optional paid add-on, so agents who depend on MLS access should budget for it separately.

UplevelRE connects with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive files, MLS feeds, and phone numbers. Application data is hosted in the United States, encrypted at rest, and protected in transit with TLS. Customer content and Google user data are not used to train AI models. Users can export their data at any time and keep domains they own if they cancel.

Pricing

The Platform costs 36.75 USD per year, billed at $441/year with three months free, and includes one user, contacts, deals, pipelines, calendar, tasks, a unified email inbox, Ask Jan AI, automations, own listings, smart lists, and free email support. This is the clearest starting point for a solo agent who wants the core CRM and follow-up tools. The pricing page also gives a monthly Platform price of 49.00 USD per month for one user; compare the billing terms before choosing.

Additional modules are priced separately: Marketing Suite is 39.00 USD per month and includes 1,000 campaign emails per month; Calls & 1:1 texting is 19.00 USD per month for the whole team, not per user, with 500 call minutes per month; and MLS & IDX is 29.00 USD per month, plus $35 per month per managed MLS market. These modules let buyers add only what they need, but the base price can rise quickly for teams using marketing, phone, or MLS tools together.

Teammates is free for the first user, then seats 2–5 cost $29/month each, seats 6–15 cost $24/month each, and seats 16+ cost $19/month each. The fee is seat-based, so brokerages should calculate the team total rather than treating the core subscription as the full cost. White Glove branding costs 999.00 USD per once, billed as a one-time $999 fee, for email template and website theme setup plus a first property site built with the customer.

Early Access is free during the program, with fair-use allowances of two phone numbers, one domain, 1,000 texts per month, and 500 call minutes per month. A card is requested when the program converts, so this is not a no-strings permanent free tier. The pricing page says there is no per-contact or per-lead fee, but extra call minutes, texts, and emails beyond included allowances can incur usage costs. A 14-day trial is offered.

Platforms

UplevelRE is available on the web and through an API. That pairing suits users who want browser-based access and organizations that need to connect it with other software.

Who it's for

Solo agents can start with the one-user Platform subscription and add marketing, calls, or MLS access as needed. Teams and brokerages may benefit from shared lead workflows and unified client records, but should price teammate seats and any usage overages before committing. It is a weaker fit for buyers seeking a single all-inclusive price or a permanently free plan with predictable allowances.

Pros and cons

Pros: CRM, communications, workflow automation, and AI-assisted drafting sit together, which can reduce handoffs between lead capture and follow-up.
Pros: Ask Jan drafts but does not send messages without approval, preserving agent oversight of customer outreach.
Pros: No per-contact or per-lead charge makes database growth less likely to trigger a direct contact fee.
Cons: Marketing, calls and texting, MLS & IDX, and teammate seats are separately priced, so the core subscription may not cover a team's actual needs.
Cons: MLS syncing depends on market-by-market membership verification, with an additional managed-market fee for MLS & IDX.
Cons: Usage beyond included email, text, and call allowances can add costs, making high-volume outreach harder to budget.

Alternatives

Consider Propwise if you want a free starting point with an organisation workspace, core CRM and lead management, basic pipeline and task tools, and limited market intelligence; it also supports Android, iOS, and web. eesy is another option for a smaller web-based setup: its free plan is limited to one agent and 50 contacts, while its Starter plan costs 295.00 EUR per month.

Choose REALM if you want an intelligence layer over the CRM, portals, and inboxes your team already uses; EVE X is $49 per seat per month and includes a daily briefing. AIRE is worth comparing if listing-based tiers matter: its Starter, Pro, and Ultimate plans cover three, 10, and 50 listings respectively.

LeadPixie may suit teams prioritising a free web and mobile option, with its free plan covering up to 10 users without a time limit. Lone Wolf Engage is another paid web option with a free trial. Realescout is a paid iOS and web alternative whose Base plan costs 95.00 USD per month and includes 300 platform credits monthly. Realatic offers a free forever plan with three users, 100 leads per month, and one project, making it relevant for teams that need a capped free tier.

Verdict

UplevelRE is a strong candidate for agents and brokerages that want CRM, lead follow-up, communications, and marketing tools in one real estate workspace. Its central advantage is the connected workflow, backed by user-approved AI drafts and flexible add-on modules. Look elsewhere if you need a simple all-in price: seats, MLS access, modules, and usage beyond allowances can materially change the bill.
