The record

Billing workflow: Ajax pulls matters, activity codes, and rates from a billing system and sends released entries back as native time entries.
Security: Ajax says data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256, and that it is SOC 2 Type II certified.
AI data use: Ajax says customer data is not used to train general-purpose machine learning models and that subprocessors are prohibited from retaining it for model training.

User control: Ajax says users can pause tracking with one click and that draft hours are visible only to the user until released to the billing system.
